Had car in for various services. Car makes a grinding noise and feel when turning. They can't fix it. Had it in for the steering wheel locking up while driving, this model didn't fall under the recall for known steering issues. Said it was a battery issue and that hyundai recommends a special battery. All said and done final bill is $669 for diagnosis, battery and install. Still haven't fixed the turning noise. Criminal. Never going there for service again.

I have a 22 Toyota Highlander. I took it into Grahams for service. Service was GREAT as always. While I was waiting for my car to be done I noticed the 25 Grand Highlander on the showroom floor. Of course it was sold. I really wanted one. I talked with a salesman in Toyota that didn’t seem too interested in helping me. So another salesman came to me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted the same exact car that was in on the showroom floor. He said, would you be interested in black? I said no sir I want the same color as the car on the showroom floor. He said I will call around to some other dealerships and see if I can find you one. If I can find you one I will call you. Knowing how hard it is to get the Toyota‘s right now, I thought it was a bust. I was a little heartbroken and disappointed. But I have a 22 Toyota that I love. A few days later I got a call from that salesman. He said I found the car. It’s exactly like the one that you want. He actually ordered it for me from Toyota. I was absolutely ecstatic to say the least. Dennis Kehres is absolutely the BEST salesman that they have!! He went above and beyond for me. I love my 22 Highlander but I’m absolutely in love with my 25 Grand Highlander. Go in and ask for Dennis is you need a car!! He is always willing to help get what you are looking for and for the price you can afford. Thank you Graham Auto Mall and most importantly Dennis Kehres for a fantastic job!!!

My husband and I have purchased cars from Graham auto mall with Dave Streeter being our salesman for several years. He always treats us like family which is why we come back! My last car I had no intention of purchasing, I didn’t think I would be able to so I was just looking. Well I left the dealership with a car 2 hours later, Dave is amazing and always willing to go the extra mile to help and somehow he knows exactly what I am looking for.

Seek somewhere else for repair work on vehicles. We had a terrible experience here and had to take our vehicle to another place to get it fixed.
Graham's struggled to correctly identify the issue even after having the vehicle for almost 2 weeks before we took it to another place where the issue was quickly identified and repaired.

My Chevy Silverado broke down 2 hours away from home on a Saturday. Chevy roadside assistance had my vehicle towed to this dealership. I was told by the front desk person that the service department was closed and that the rental car place across the street was closed. In the meantime my wife was looking for other rental car companies that were open there were none. I called roadside assistance to see what could be done and was told I was responsible to find my way home. I then talked to the manager there and he went out of the way to contact the service manager which then told them to give me a service loaner which was a brand new Equinox. The service manager was playing golf I was told and still took the time to help me!! This dealership really helped me keep my sanity and I would recommend them to anyone. I wish I lived closer they would have my business for sure. They had my vehicle fixed that Monday after the weekend and changed my oil I just want to thank them for their professional work ethic and for turning a bad situation into a pleasant one thanks Graham Chevrolet!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE: had an appointment to service my Hyundai at 9am... drove 30 miles to dealer. when I made appointment I had asked for a loaner so had to wait 30 days for one to be availabe. My wife and I drove seprately as I had an appointment in Mansfield. Once we got there, told them the problem and they took in my SUV. Then we waited and waited and waited till 12pm at that point I went back to counter to ask what the status was, I spoke to Lexi who was rude and unconcerned that we had been waiting 3 hours with no update. she informed me that the SUV was on the rack and the mechanic was out to lunch. I expressed my disappointment that it was taking so long just to get an indication of the problem, she just blankly stared at me with NO explanation as to time expectation, so we went to my appoinment and returned at 2:30 pm. I went back to counter (avoiding Lexi) and asked another rep what the status was, he told me he will go to service area and find out was was going on, I waited and waited the rep never came back! At 3:30 pm a rep finally told me they think its a coupler to my all wheel drive and needed to do more testing but needed authorization from hyundai to give me the loaner at which point we left the dealer. A rep called at 4:30 pm to let us know the problem is the coupler and they had the part in stock but needed to keep the SUV overnight and it should be fixed by the end of business day. Got a call from rep at 10:30 am letting me know SUV was repaired and to pick it up. Got there no apology for wasting my entire day, they didn't ever wash the car (they have a drive through wash) every other dealer I've dealt with would have washed the car and expressed some kind of sympathy as to the ordeal we went through. AVOID GRAHAM if you possibly can or just put up with their incompetence!
