Lied. Said buy a Bauer battery get a free tool. The tool was not free. Free means free. Have the receipt and all. False ads employees lied. Horrible

Wasted an hour drive here for a tool cabinet they didn’t have in stock despite website saying they did. Apparently the store counts defective items as part of their regular inventory …such that you have NO IDEA if an item is in stock or not.
Store team was nice enough but don’t count on anything their website claims.

Very rude staff won't work with you at all. Supervisors refused to let you speak to managers. And the manager when you call back tells you she was standing beside of the supervisor and said she agreed with every word he said that its store policy Detroit customers badly. Soldier last tool to me good job harbor freight. Maybe some Management training would go a long way. Order a new one somewhere else.

Bought the Bauer battery powered 10 inch saw and was amazed at how well it works without fail! We even cut down a 7 and 1/2 inch tree with it and it did great!
I highly recommend this product!

I have been shopping here for years and their tools are high-quality and always a good price and with the deals and sales they will be my number one place to shop for power tools, and vehicle maintenance and repair tools.

Prices are great. Tools are of marginal quality. Everything is warranted but that is of no help in the middle of the job. Great customer service!
15 May '24 update. Many of the tools are of much better quality. I still don't like buying items made in China. It makes no sense to send our hard earned $ to a communist country.
