Was honestly blown away. When we came in, the woman working was on the phone and was not the most pleasant with who she was speaking to, but it did sound like the person on the other end could have been rude as well. No big deal.
We pick up our car and it is older and in worse shape than the cars that I own. I did make a comment about the condition but was not rude or snippy. I was a little more upset than my employer mandates I use a rental rather than paying me milage. The girls response was semi rude and quickly stated I could refuse the car. What was really upsetting was that my wife simply asked if all of the dings and scratches were notated and what we should do to protect ourselves from being liable and the Hertz rep rolled her eyes then got snotty. When my wife's tone reacted, the Hertz rep made an excuse for her acting the way that she did.
The car had upwards of 8-10 scratches, was incredibly loud on the highway, and just not good to drive.

Do not rent from them, they rented my employee a car. It has no spare time, no jack. She got a flat and called them and they told her she has to buy a new tire and fix it herself. So lord forbid if you have engine trouble. We called Hertz corporation and they aren't part of Hertz, just license the name. We have personally rented from them multiple times and won't again since there is no customer service.

This location has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Marcy was rude and nasty from my first call inquiring about renting with this location, to the end when I returned. I have to travel for work, and she made my experience terrible to accommodate my needs regardless of me returning the vehicle in great condition! Document EVERYTHING; horrible service.

I own a drywall company and this is the 2nd time I rented from Hertz very bad customer service! I'm a gold member and rent for business and brought car back and they tried to say I hit something when in fact it was drywall dust. Then proceeded to yell from out of the door slanders at me and my wife and kids. Very disrespectful and I will never give Hertz my business as long as they work there. They just make up things to charge you for. Its crazy!!

I gave Hertz 5 stars because it was the easiest rental experience I've ever had. From reservation to return was totally hassle free. I'll definitely be a return customer. Do yourself a favor and call Hertz for your car rental needs you won't regret it.

Hertz Car Rental ..Was worstest place expecting to get and rental. You have to have personal insurance of your own to rent. That's crazy if I had vehicle it would been accident. My insurance company would cover. But have Emergency can't use service to get to my destination.Suck ?

Saved the day when Enterprise left me stranded because the website didn't tell me to bring an electric bill. Apparently this happens often. Just go to Hertz.

Worst car rental experience I have ever had! I have rented from Enterprise before and never been treated like this. I drive a SUV and they put me a Chrysler 300 that had not been cleaned. The last person's information was still in the vehicle, the vents were dusty. The customer service was terrible, I signed all my paperwork before even looking at the vehicle. Told if I didn't return it with a full tank of gas, I would be charged 10.00 a gallon for the gas they have to put in.

Traveling on official govt business, they wouldn’t fulfill my reservation because they insisted my legal drivers license wasn’t valid….what a bunch amateurs. Go somewhere else that knows what they are doing.
