I couldn’t be more please with the buying experience at Honda of Mansfield. From the owner to the entire sales staff, I was treated with respect, and provided the highest level of service. Don the sales Manager and my salesman Jerry were especially great. I have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and I thought service like this was a thing of the past. A truly great overall experience!

Very nice experience, my oil change and tire rotation ? also pointed out a few more things that needed done, but were not pushing to get it done right now and was able to schedule other service at the same time, the maintenance department was on time with everything ? the person who checked me out has great people skills ? thanks for the great experience.

I had a good first impression today with Honda at Mansfield. My communication and interaction with Scott was very professional. He kept me updated on my car. I even talked with the person working on my car - it was good to be able to answer his questions. I’m returning to them to replace my four tires, they gave me a competitive quote. They earned my trust.

Poor communication within the sales/service department. I was given credit for additional oil changes at time of vehicle purchase and 11 months after purchasing the vehicle I was still having to discuss/argue with managers of sales and service departments to get the service I was owed! They eventually made it right which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Doesn't seem like there is customer service after the sale.

My car arrived at the dealership and on the very next day they were installing the accessories before I got there at 11 AM to pick it up. Don't know how much more you could ask of a company than that. Excellent experience. A giant thumbs-up goes to John Lowe for making this happen. There was a significant issue that came up but it was handled immediately, professionally and to my satisfaction. Hard to find that from a salesperson anymore. Thanks again John.

1. The “little things” that used to make Service at this place better than the others have been diminishing. You used to get a nice car wash after service was done… now there is an ‘excuse’ for not washing (ie - it’s too cold; we’re short staffed), or they do a really poor job of washing. Heck, it’s so poor that it’s possible they’re just not even doing it anymore! And there used to be ‘refreshments’ including a very nice coffee machine. Now the only thing is a new coffee machine that’s not nearly as nice or user friendly as the old one.2. It seems like half the time that a problem is discovered, the needed parts are not in stock. So if I wanted to have it fixed, I have to schedule another appointment, forcing me to take another day and another 30 min trip to Mansfield.3. Today specifically, after discovering and fixing a broken sway bar, I was told, “You’re all set.” I paid, signed, and left. At home I looked at my paperwork and discovered some RED items on the inspection sheet (things in need of immediate attention)! Why didn’t he tell me about these things at the shop? One of those things was abnormal wear on my tires. I got down and inspected my tires… they all look great, as they should because there are not that many miles on them. So was the marking of those items on the sheet a mistake? Ugh.Many of my issues with Honda of Mansfield would probably not be a big deal if I lived IN MANSFIELD. It is such an inconvenience to travel all the way there, wait in the waiting room while work is done, come all the way home and find out there’s more than needs to be done. I have never felt like they go ‘out of their way’ in any respect to try to offset my inconveniences.

These guys were awesome!!Not only did they take care of my 2015 CRV’s problems but they also got the vehicle in at a timely manner and constantly kept in touch with me on what was needed! My vehicle feels like new again!!

They were waiting for me when I arrived. The person checked me in quickly. When the diagnosis was done, he explained to me what was wrong with the car and what it would cost to repair some of the problems.

Service department : top notch and great. Sales department is horrible. I bought my current car there and was greeted by a new sales rep. He was great and I am not one to mess around on a fair price. The sticker price was fair and I said let's do it. Then some woman tried to scam me with talking about a payment with a longer warranty. I'm in sales and I know how math works. They were going to try to get me to pay about 8k more than sticker on used car.Again : service : you won't find better! Sales needs a complete overhaul.

Recently went in looking for an Odyssey. Tim Crank was able to show us everything and get us set up to take it home that day! He was very professional and friendly. Never pushed or made us feel uncomfortable. It was a great experience overall and we are so excited to be driving a Honda. Highly recommend going and asking for Tim to help you out.

The service at this last milestone was better. The oil plug was not tightened the last time and I had a puddle of oil on my garage floor overnight. (Slight turn to finish tightening and not worth the drive back.) I mentioned it this time and I was comped the oil change this time. Overall, the service department is friendly and performs the services alright, but it's not as professional as it once was.

Got my Pilot in quickly and had everything fixed and ready to go after a short wait. Car wash doesn’t run when temps are below 30 degrees, but they will honor the free car wash at a later time.

I called to see if they had any cancelations because my dad passed away . I needed to drive 180 miles . They were pretty filled up. The guy said he would squeeze me in for the next day. I even had few other things done. They were great!

The staff and service writer were very detailed and efficiently fixed a problem found! The car looked great and maintenance was performed in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
