they change prices. give things a new, more expensive sticker tag than what’s online. disgusting. why are you up charging on your already high prices? you guys rarely even circulate inventory. always a waste of time.

I always order clothes from the website to my local location. Used to love going here for pride merch but not a lot was released this year. I wish my location had more obscure merch but I also bought a mcr shirt here which they have plenty of options for. There are usually a lot of workers on the weekends but one or two on weekdays and closer to closing, I only say this as their discussions can get pretty obstreperous and it gets kinda awkward when you need to checkout.

The staff is always so helpful here and super kind. They never make me feel anxious about needing to get in the jewelry case and look a things (especially since I'm indecisive) It's always clean and put together and playing good music. I wish it was bigger and able to carry more items like other stores.

It has an amazing team! Theo and Julian greeted me and help me by getting down some items I seen that I liked. When checking out, Callie help me by signing me up for hot cash, and told me all kinds of ways I can save money by using it

My daughter loves this place. We did in store pickup from an online order due to the free shipping to any store. Good sales and selection online; less so locally.

It’s hard to get to Hot Topic on a weeknight when they close at 7:00 pm, but I get it- the mall doesn’t have much traffic. I wish the prices were posted on more of the non-clothing items.

Absolutely adore this store and staff, they always do such a great job in helping and welcoming guests into the store. I came in around 6 which as an hour before close and they treated me no different (some stores will be a bit rude which i understand but also appreciate when I am helped with no dirty looks haha) and had to do an exchange, return, and was looking for a shirt i bought in Polaris’ location, and the staff were amazing in helping. Rachel was the associate who primarily helped me; she displayed great expertise and ensured that things were made right on my returns and exchanges which i greatly appreciate, she was also very kind and professional! All the other staff were great but I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to help me and was so kind when doing so! I love this store and it’s awesome selection of stuff you won’t find at many stores!
