They used to close at 6 on Fridays. Now its 5 so I cannot go into the bank because my business has the same hours. After using Huntington for many years i will be taking my money to another bank that is closer to my home. Wasted my time driving here sitting in your parking lot typing this up at 5:13.

If you want them to answer the phone, you have to call 11 times in a row within 4 mins! Or if you leave a message to call you back, they take about 2 to 3 days to do that! Just call the other location across town because you will get help faster.

Do not bank here if you are black. They are racist. If you already bank here and you are black, withdraw your money-close your account and take your money elsewhere.

The Huntington Bank branch located at 1468 Lexington Avenue in Mansfield, Ohio is HORRIBLE! You often sit in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes - even if there is only 1 car in front of you. You can stand in the lobby for minutes before you are acknowledged even if there is no one else in the lobby. The ATM is broken over 50% of the time. Oh, and they are typically quite rude, I suppose because they are always short handed. I like Huntington as a whole, but the issues at this branch need to be addressed by corporate.

I went to this location between 4:25pm - 4:30 pm on 10/15/2020. The bank teller that was working the drive through window was very dismissive and showed very poor customer service skills. She seen me at the window and then another car drove up next to me in the next drive through. She proceeded to help the lady next to me, that drove up after me as if I was not there. I'm not sure if this was a race thing but she completely ignored the fact that I had been there first and sent my money up. I patiently waited for her to help the other person. She came to help me and asked me did I have an account with them once I asked her for quarters. I said yes! She went and got the quarters as I asked her " Do you have to have an account now just to receive your dollars exchanged for quarters?'' She ignored my question. When she returned with quarters I asked her again. She ignored me and said have a nice day and left the window. She didn't ask me if I needed any further assistance. I do believe this could have happened due to my race. I will be consulting with my lawyer about this. - A long time Huntington Customer
