Had a bit of wait time with my hotel in the area. Decided to go to the mall and walk around. This store seemed super clean and overall well stocked. Josiah greeted me while I roamed around and checked me out when I found some deals. I worked at JCP in the past, and I think he beat my customer service!

Been going Penny's I'll ife time my mom before me bought all our school cloths there they did lay away then that's how we got good quality love their cloths need more Mansfield growing need more stock.
