Absolutely filthy store the bathrooms and changing rooms disgusting urine and fecal matter on floors no toilet paper no soap trash all over the store changing rooms with uses tampons on the floor mirrors with some type of human fluid on them mice running all over the store and mice droppings on floor this store should be closed for cleanliness alone

My wife bought my wedding ring through here and bought the lifetime warranty and when I told the lady that my ring needed resized, she said because the material is tungsten, she couldn't do anything for me, yet they disregarded telling us that when they sold us the lifetime warranty. Don't purchase anything from here, it's a ripoff and they will hustle you for whatever you're worth.

My fiance has bought me my engagement ring, a set of earrings and now a necklace from JCPenney. With the ring, a diamond fell out like 5 months after I had it. We took it in immediately so that we could get it taken care of. Sent it out to be repaired. It came back with a smaller diamond in place for the original diamond and the spacing between the prongs is way off. And they thought a FEMALE wouldn’t notice this?! Come on. The fact that they would even send it back this way. It took about 4 weeks also. Now i got a necklace, diamonds seem fine. But the necklace came extremely tangled in the box. And it’s taking us over an hour to get it untangled so far. Idk i just feel like if you’re paying over 400$ for jewelry, these things shouldn’t be happening. Rant over

I placed an order, online, Dec. 4th. A shipping label was created on Dec. 6th. It is now the 18th and I still do not have the order. Using the tracking number provided, tells me the carrier has not received the pkg from JCP. Neither the store nor customer service will help me by calling their fulfillment warehouse nor will they provide a number where I can call myself. Additionally, they will not issue a refund for three more days. They were willing to re-order items, but only by charging me, again, for items I've already paid for. This is the most inefficient and frustrating process I have ever encountered! I needed the items by the 21st. I will replace my items, but NOT at JCP. My shopping days there are over.

Did a curb side pick up, after 10 mins of sitting waiting. I went in and waited another fifteen mins. Very poor service
