Dr sent in prescription for my son. They said it wasn't in stock so it would take a day to get in. I called the following day only to find out it got cancled some how and It's going to take one-two more days!!! Also I am a new customer and already thinking about leaving and transferring my prescriptions. I've been to the store it's great but the pharmacy seems incompetent.

Not always the most polite though conveniently located. Techs aren't the most friendly or personable. Why do they close for lunch? Ever heard of Staggering lunch breaks so the business can stay open and make money? That's ridiculous. If I could change one thing that would be it. How inconvenient to be on a break from work. Run in Kroger to get meds real quick and then, boom. Closed for 30 minutes for NO REASON! Stupid is all Stocked up.

Heard the pharmacist "Jo" loudly talking about staff and former staff, calling a former manager a "witch" among other things. Considering how rude she is, I would hazard a guess she is the issue. Also heard a pharmacist say autistic people should "just get jobs" and called them freeloaders. Disgusted to hear these sorts of things from so-called health professionals. Can only imagine what sorts of things they say.

ACH called in a script AND verified the meds were in stock and the script would be filled (6/9/23),called and spoke I the pharmacist "Jo",she informed me the meds were not in stock(she didn't bother to check the system) and they would be in and script could not be filled until Monday, THEN she said it couldn't be filled until 7/19! Today (6/10/23), I receive a text that the script is avail for pickup. I will NEVER have scripts sent to Lex Ave Kroger, nor would I advise anyone else to fill scripts there. Smh

#2 price gaugers right behind whole foods. This store is run by aliens from space.because nothing in the store makes any sense at all.you can't even get 2 carts down one isle anymore.the displays are so in the way of everything.they just changed the whole store around and you can find anything you look for.$5.79 for a jar of pickles? It's a frikking cucumber in a jar.i bought a three pack of Tyson chicken breasts $9.00. under the chicken breast was fat that was trimmed and stuffed under the breast for added weight.absolutely fraud and theft.if I forget to pay for a pack of gum,you prosecute me to the fullest extent.but it's perfectly fine for you to rip off the customers with chicken fat ?I can afford $7.00 for five apples.the shelves are fully stocked, but the days of just grabbing anything you want is over.this is not inflation.this is pure price gauging.congratulations.… one is shopping anymore.they are the only store around and they know it.were being held hostage because there is no where else to go.i can smell the fish counter from 20 yards away.making sushi with the old fish that didn't sell is not my idea of fresh.we have a local beef company down the road.best meat I ever tasted.krogers meat? Bring a chainsaw and a ton of spices.kroger hamburger shrinks down to a hockey puck.local beef suppliers hamburgers get bigger on the grill.i have yet to see one customer using their brand new car wash.maybe because of the price? Things have changed.throwing money away for a car wash is not on the agenda for anyone.no one is lining up for a $10.00 Starbucks coffee anymore either.people are buying the basics.no more.i wanted pickles yesterday, but I want my $6.00 more.

This pharmacy is ridiculous, the staff are very rude, will yell at you! I turned in a prescription on Friday afternoon, , she said it was altered possibly fake! I said I just came from the Dr...she said regardless we will have to call. I said he is closed and wants me to start this immediately. She said NO we will have to call him, so I said so you're telling me I will have to wait til Monday or later??? She said whenever we call him! I said give it back to me, she wouldn't so I snatched it outta her hand and left. Went to Rite Aid they filled it immediately without issue!! I am now moving ALL my medicines to Rite Aid!!

If they make a mistake you will get excuses and reasons. When they can remedy mistake they do not! That is my experience today. Point in face.

Just don't go here. Especially if you have kids that need meds. They never pay attention to pediatrician rx coming in. It's always "oh oops don't know how that got missed" like excuse me....MISSED! It's been 4 days and nothing still
