“I went to this location on 9/25 needing a zipper repaired by 9/28. I was first told that it would take two weeks. I again expressed that I needed it by 9/28. The gentleman there (might be the owner) immediately got on the phone and arranged for the repair. They called me on 9/26 to pick up the coat, that it had been repaired. I went and picked it up and after I got to my location, the coat looked like it had been cleaned and the zipper work was top notch, amazing. This is a rarity in today’s times, that gives that old school feeling of grand customer service! Thank you to all that were involved to assist me. I will be returning and recommending to any and all people.”
