They charge 40$ for a pedicure that’s should have been 25$ nothing but wash your feet and cut your nails. ???? not worth the penny I walked in. Don’t waste your time.

I did not get what I wanted and it was just bad. The lines are not straight. I will never be going her again. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!! in my 15 years of getting my nails done I have NEVER experienced such bad service in my whole life time. RIDICULOUS! 130 done the drain for absolute dog crap!

I suggest you don't try going at 5:45pm although they state they close at 6:30pm. I arrived no later than 5:50pm and went to the door and it was locked. All I wanted was a gift certificate, no service necessary. I tried calling since there was a girl at the front desk standing & avoiding eye contact with me, no answer. How rude. This isn't the first time this has happened either. If you are going to close earlier than your designated time, you should update your business hours online and on your sign. I try to support local, but it's hard to do when customer service is pitiful and they aren't open based on their stated hours online or on their sign. I've gotten my nails done here a long time ago as well and I wasn't impressed at all, never went back for a service.

My daughter and my self have always had a great experience with the nail techs there nails have been beautiful and so far never crowded and you can have some good conversations with techs as well

If you love having someone bark orders at you from behind a mask ThIs place is for you!still very concerned with covid to the extent you will get screamed at " DID YOU WASH YOuR HANDS?" even when you are not getting nails done lol Then again BoTH yelling at me when i went to pay "go wash your hands". the man then explains to me to wash backside of hands. bc ya know, thats how im holding the cash.im handing them money that is dirtier than MY HANDS. im shocked they didn't have me wash the cash!we will stay at Bankz and Allure for our nails.

The pedicure service was terrible! No exfoliating, no cuticle care. Nail polish chipped within a week. They do not do gel pedicures, which lasts a month or more, which is probably why they don’t do them!

This morning, my wife and sister-in-law (who is 6 months pregnant) were going to get their nails done before my sisters wedding. When they arrived at this place they were treated rudely by a man who worked here. He refused to give my wife a pedicure because she had gel polish on her toes. Then my wife offered to remove the gel for him (it's just a little polish remover WTH) and he begrudgingly said "Fine. Pick your color. 20 minute wait at least" (in a negative tone). The store was not busy with tons of empty spots. My wife said "it was like I was being told he didn't want our business". This encounter was so abrasive my wife and my pregnant sister and law felt like they weren't wanted there and left. They are both too kind to say anything to the man or leave a negative review. After reading a few other reviews on this place it seems that being kind to customers is not a given at Lexington Nails. A word to the owners/employees: CHOOSE to do better! Kindness toward your customers is a MINIUM standard. Have some respect for what you do, who you serve, and yourselves. But more importantly, you never know how one kind moment (or conversely a rude moment) can echo into peoples lives. Not that you care, but those ladies who came to your store today had a lot on their plate. Your interactions with people are infectious and contagious and affect more than you and your income.

I love coming here for gel manicures and regular pedicures. I appreciate their hours and the pricing is fair. Definitely recommend checking them out! Unsure if they do nail art though.Services: Manicure
