Several times Ive went to get stuff out my storage and see large amount of mice droppings. Plus it's crazy for 6 weeks the gate works when it wants too

I have tried for a month to get my stuff out of storage with my job I can only go when they are closed and cannot get in the gate and every time I try to get them to fix it they say it is fixed I go back and it still does not work but they want there payment when I cannot even access my stuff that I have tried to remove several times
