Very helpful staff. I'm always able to find what I am looking for. The contractors entrance parking could go a little smoother but not terrible. As a contractor I feel that too many non professional people take advantage of the pro counter checkout. Most of us contractors are trying to get in and out because time is money.

UPDATE JULY 14/2022***** I ordered a 24’ round winter pool cover and they shipped me a 21’ so I took it back to lowes and I got stiffed with the shipping even though it wasn’t my fault.This store is such a joke because everytime I go to checkout the self checkout is closed and theres 1 register open and today there was 4 employees talking behind the registers and goofing off.If I owned this store I’d fire everyone and start over and if your having problems hiring help then maybe you need to give better pay incentives.****DONT LET LOWES INSTALL YOUR CARPET**** 2017 Carpet installers unreliable and do a crap job 10 am appointment turned into 2p.m day of and he scratched up the walls real bad installing the carpet and he couldn’t speak English.1/20/25 still a joke cause I went to get blinds cut and had the old one in my hand and said I need it cut like this and the lady said she couldn’t do it because I didn’t know if it was outside or inside the window frame 😂.I had the old one right there and all she had to do was measure it 😂.I went to Menards and told them what lowes said and they laughed and I bought it at Menards . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

When did Lowe's stop price matching. (Cart full of goodies I just priced at a competitor up the road) They didn't have the quantity I needed so I came here. Asked about price matching and after 20mins of waisted time, I was informed the SKU numbers weren't the same as their competitors... (Imagine that other company's use other SKU numbers ). A black pipe is still a black pipe everywhere. A 2*4 is still a 2*4 at every supplier. A roll of 12/3 wire is still a roll of 12/3 wire everywhere. Because you swap stickers doesn't change what it is... If your not willing to be competitive on a few hundred dollar purchase, I will not give you the option to be competitive for our 100k orders ..... (we left the cart on principle) I will now drive to the next town over to purchase from a competitor (regardless of savings or overpaying). O well, one less sale right ...

Use to be my go to store till they decided to get rid of cashiers and put in self checks. Can you say "You save big money you save big money at Menards" jungle SUCKS service is great

I didn't realize how hard it is to find indoor plant items in the fall and winter, like a planter and soil. I don't know why I didn't think of Lowes in the first place. It's not really cheap, but it's what I was looking for.

I ordered my dishwasher on Black Friday. It arrived today, Thursday the 5th. No problem. I picked up my kids from school and went to pick it up. I arrived at Lowe's at about 3:40pm. I did not leave the parking lot until 5:02pm. I was seen at customer service fairly quick and my order was called back right away to be brought up. I watched as person after person, after person, after person received their orders before mine came out. Not just small orders, appliances. Washers, dryers, cook tops all came out. Not my order. Mind you I arrived and was "helped" 5 to10 minutes before the next person picking up. People who arrived 40 minutes after me received their order before mine arrived. My time is valuable to me. And making 3 school aged kids wait over an hour while everyone else was served is inexcusable. I left Home Depot because of treatment like this. Menards customer service is excellent. Lowe's used to be. I guess not anymore.
And corporate (owner), it seems you look at these reviews. You have my name. I worked with employees whose first initial is "D" and "L" between 3:40pm and 5pm on Thursday December 5th. I ordered a dishwasher. They can tell you what happened. I am not upset with them. And I treated them with the patience they deserve. Understand I will not come back if you do not see my time as valuable. Make this right or lose a customer of 7 years since I left Home depot and never went back. I have other options that won't treat me like this.

If you’re looking for a Christmas tree, avoid this place. I waited for 20 minutes after my purchase for someone who was trained to cut and wrap it. No sign of anyone actually in charge in the whole store.

Can't get anyone to help me buy doors on Sunday. Nate is off. So come back Monday. Manager sent a floor guy who knows nothing about doors. Get it together Lowe's. Home owners work during the week, shop on the weekends

I made the mistake of trying to buy a dishwasher at Lowes. I ordered and had an installation date. On the day of installation, after clearing my day from 11am to 2pm, I received a phone call as to the dishwasher being damaged from the warehouse and it couldn't be installed. Not before mind you. This was frustrating but obviously I didn't want a damaged dishwasher. So, make a long story short. I spoke to a manager named Ray. Ray and I argued about a possible upgrade for my inconvenience. At the end of our argument, Ray said I could purchase an upgraded dishwasher that was $81 more but not more than $81. Knowing full well the next dishwasher was far beyond the $81 mark. A day later I get a text for today, 9-16-24, install date between 11am and 2pm, so I cleared my day again. I also received 2 phone calls from Lowes stating the dishwasher wasn't even ordered. At that point I canceled the entire order and Lowes lost a customer.

Never had issue in home improvement til this store.. lack of employee, none in doors & window department on weekend? 2 employees talking to 1 customers about sports.
Why do customers have to scavenger hunt an employee only to wait while both employees talk about football
Worst retail store for customer service & ive worked retail almost 2 decades. Better off going to competitor
Management must not care about Good Impressions/ customer service i will be going to Home Depot & Menards for my home improvement shopping
