After hail damage repairs to my wife’s Volvo SUV, I was so pleased I entertained the idea to Sean and crew to paint my classic 55 F100. Who would have thought a collision repair shop would be my choice for detailing a restoration project but I have no regrets. Sean,Tre, Mike and Calvin have their skills hitting on all eight cylinders. Thank you MMG paint shop. Thanks also to Emmanuel for your professional courtesy from hello to goodbye throughout the duration.

A flat car tire is a hassle and upsetting, especially for me having emotional disabilities, but everyone at MMG made the experience as painless and effortless as possible! From the moment I drove in with my spare tire on the car (Thank you Honda Roadside Assistance for sending within 15 minutes, AAA to change my tire!) everyone was kind, polite and cared about my dilemma! Obviously I had no appointment as the flat tire just happened so I figured I’d have to wait all day or come back the next day. But No.. they helped me out right then and there on a busy day and took the flat tire out of the trunk and kindly informed me they’d fit my repair work in today! Each person I spoke with, my apologies I didn’t write down names, was courteous and polite, they reassured me I’d be back on the road safely, very soon. They repaired and patched the tire, inspected the other tires, topped off the air in each tire, and had my tire back on the car in no time! I’d just detailed my car and the service technician that drove my car around to the service bay got out to present my car, removed the plastic seat cover, mat cover etc they’d used to keep my car immaculately clean.. then he even knelt down and wiped my entire car tire rim from a few little smudges from the repair, so my car looked as clean as when it arrived! Now that’s great attention to detail and showed he cared about his job! The best part for me was No charge for any of it! The Honda Roadside call, AAA to take the flattened tire off and install my spare, the patching and labor of fixing the flat tire at MMG and remounting it.. ALL 100% free because of my VIP Lease and Tire protection! I highly recommend Mansfield Motor Group as they are honest, kind and hard working people who care about you always, not just until they sell you a new car. Our family has owned six Honda vehicles from MMG and been a “customer” (MMG call us family) for over 11 years! I honestly and highly recommend MMG for buying leasing or maintenance/repair on your car! They have made me feel like I matter, they truly care and we have true friendships with everyone at MMG. Thank you to everyone involved with this tire repair, as I’m disabled this flat tire might have been a traumatic situation and difficult for me to handle emotionally, but everyone at MMG put me at ease, were super polite and did an excellent job! I appreciate that and one more thing.. please ask for John Lowe, my friend and an excellent salesperson if you need a new or previously owned vehicle!! He’s a great guy, honest, kind and well informed on vehicles!
