They did my taxes as a walkin, which they are by appointment only, which was nice of them.I unfortunately made the mistake of providing an inaccurate SS number for one of my children.100 percent my fault.My issue was that there was absolutely no communication even after I called to check on the status since the irs website was giving errors saying I haven't filed a return for 2022.I even called Ryan's office and was told they didn't have anything about the IRS not receiving my return, which I guess isn't true. The IRS said they gave the filer a reason why it was not accepted. He just never called me to have the issue fixed and, instead, ignored it.I would NOT recommend this business for tax services as the communication is just not there. Also, I just found out my direct deposit was entered wrong, so now I have to wait, who knows how long for a paper check. Ugh

I was supposed to get my tax refund almost three weeks ago but Ryan entered my bank info without the 3rd #. No communication from this guy after leaving voicemails and emails. I do not recommended this business at all. I have told everyone I know not to go here.

This is the first time I've gotten my taxes done by someone and I can honestly say that it was a wonderful experience! The receptionist was so sweet and kind and Ryan was very professional! Highly recommend!

I am typically not a last minute tax filer, but when I used one popular website tax preparer back in March, it said I owed, so I waited. I didn't trust what I had done, so I got an appointment with Mid-Ohio and they got me in and out (with a very simple tax return) in about a half hour, PLUS they found my mistake and I'm getting a refund instead of owing. Those online services aren't foolproof, and Ryan knows his stuff at Mid-Ohio! Thank you for helping me, Mid-Ohio Tax Service!

Last year I dropped off my taxes and they never called me to say they were done....I waited almost until deadline to call them to asked where my tax papers were and they said they were done they just didn't call me... this year I called to pick them up and have a five minute meeting and the awful reception said he didn't have anything available until I called back and asked to speak with the man in charge... then she told me within a matter of five minutes she had an opening... then I just showed up yesterday and they didn't do them correctly and I have to come back later
