honestly this place is a joke. bad pay, god awful management and they expect everyone that walks through the door to be perfect, which is impossible especially with their ancient machinery the expectations are absolutely absurd. once you get adjusted they will move you around and screw up your whole rhythm then complain when your numbers on parts aren’t perfect. this is by far the worst job i have had and i would not recommend it to anyone unless you are in a absolutely dire situation where there’s nothing else. (you’re better off working fast food)

Another place that cries for welders then when they get one don't know how to treat them right as for the way the lead talks to people and tells them this is the way it is not the way to keep people if you want to keep people the ones identifying the problems you refuse to fix is some of the answer your hand book said you work to make it a better place for your employees the attitude i got and felt the only thing the company is worried about is rate and the dollar sign I've worked in numerous businesses like this one and all of them have the same saying don't waste time fixing the problem the welder will get it wich in the long run is less cost effective what I do see is another company that wants people to be like mindless robots and only do as told no matter weather it's right or not and if your lead is going to say to a welder this is not really welding then you don't need a welder you need a quality control person with minimal welding skills I have many skills that could have benefited the company if they only knew how to treat people the right way they would have more people with skills that benefits the company

I was injured on their property while working for the lawn service company they use which doesn't have worker's compensation. When I tried to get information about the incident and who was involved in the clean up and report filing, I was given the runaround and provided false information. These people are horrible. All companies should know they are without integrity.

No talking. No music. Stand in one position for 8 hours. Just work work work. Machine goes down they don't care. They tell you they will fix it. But they don't. And they still want you to make their rate parts for the day. I don't recommend this place at all. Definitely if you are the type of person that likes to work hard and move around at a fast pace.

Worst place ever can’t do anything… they just let me go and didn’t even say anything to me the whole day they just let me work and called me after work to let me go.. trust me everyone this place is horrible I do not recommend working there especially in the stamping department…

Let's workers come to work drunk. Let's their full time milark employees yell in temp service employees n get away with it. Don't file a Grievance against anyone especially Bob the supervisor in the foaming department in shipping or u will get fired.

would not recommend working here especially third shift bending building their very judgmental and if the boss doesn't like you and you get discriminated against and put on the worst job possible made promises that are never kept and they will try to get you to quit by having you do things better very repetitive and boring and letting everybody else do what they want. I would not recommend working here if you're looking for good pay they pay less than McDonald's and you do three times as much work. Very bad experience with them.
