They are known for going above and beyond, providing wonderful service and great expertise. They handle a wide range of repairs with flawless quality, from fixing watches and untangling chains to restoring heirloom pieces and wedding rings to wearable condition, even when others said it couldn't be done. They offer very fast turnaround times, great prices, and take the time to educate customers. The work is consistently described as beautiful and of much higher quality than chain stores, with the philosophy that "good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good." Customers report being made very happy, becoming repeat customers for life, and highly recommend giving this family-run store a chance.
