I wouldn't recommend shopping here. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist me but was pushed aside so employees could talk with one another, or continue taking phone calls while a customer is obviously in front of them. When I was finally waited on I asked for a specific part but they immediately said they didn't carry the item, no checking inventory or other stores availability. Then proceeded to sarcastically tell me to go check with their competitors, needless to say I won't be back here. The lack of professionalism from these "tough guys" isn't appealing, and they should be more focused on looking and acting presentable instead of making cringe-worthy jokes that ironically market business for thier competition.

Ashley was very professional on the phone with me answered all my questions and Mike was a rock star helping me replace my turn signal light out in the cold this morning. Remember folks, there maybe times when business is busy and they are not able to get right to you but they will patiences!! Keep up the great customer service!!

Good service. CLC Nitrile gloves are the worst I have ever purchased. I wish I could return them but I already used 2 pair. Two pair for one simple oil change. Tore both pair and don't recall catching them on anything. Nothing like the Ravens I've used for many years but they did not have any in XL so I took the only XLs in stock.

I got satisfaction I was looking for, I purchased a battery for my car; it was a little too tall and wide for my battery bracket but my boyfriend managed to get it on with a little force no big deal I also love their 50/50 red antifreeze it makes my car run really well; they also have engine oil as well; corporation is really good they were able to tell me as to why they were limited on the battery choice for my car!

Christopher Kareff has been nothing less than professional during every visit I've made to the park Avenue west store. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in every aspect. His positive attitude creates a great atmosphere at the store! With employees like him I'll continue to support O'Reilly part stores!!
