Park Hospitality & Conference Center is a large, six-floor building with a mix of positive and negative features. The rooms are generally spacious and clean, with friendly staff members who provide helpful service. The inside of the hotel is described as beautiful and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Some guests praised the breakfast, calling it excellent, and appreciated the overall service and facility access. The view from the rooms can be quite stunning, especially those facing the back parking lot. However, the building itself appears somewhat drab on the outside. There are some issues with cleanliness, such as stains on furniture and a plugged sink, and the bed was considered very hard. The free breakfast is limited to waffles. Additionally, the hotel's location near a homeless shelter raises safety concerns at night, with reports of people smoking crack pipes and drinking alcohol in the parking lot; guests are advised to avoid walking outside at night. Overall, the hotel offers a good stay with helpful staff, but travelers should be cautious about safety outside the premises.
The room was clean for the most part. A nasty stain on the chair, bed was hard as a rock, the sink was plugged, and the free breakfast only consistented of waffles.

We had our team pregame meal here for 90 people. Breakfast was elite, service was elite and the facility/ access was perfect. Great job!
