Owner was terrible. He was loud belligerent and extremely unprofessional. Swearing at staff and making them all very uncomfortable judging by the looks on their faces. Staff is great the owner is terrible and needs help. Was also told by staff the building hadn’t been clean since the 90s.

This building is supposedly 60 + years old, which use to be called Holiday inn but now owned by park hospitality Max Patel. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking try taking the rooms facing the back parking lot. This building is huge which consist of 6 floors. The price is not all that bad for the suite I got the rooms are quite spacious. The staff Paul, Roy and Anu were very helpful during my stay. Here’s one draw back about thisPlace, there’s a homeless shelter at the back of the parking lot. Due to which avoid stepping out in the nights for a walk in the paring lot. They’d be smoking crack pipes and drinking alcohol. The police in the area are quick to respond and show up immediately just avoid socializing with the any unknown person and you’ll be fine.

We had our team pregame meal here for 90 people. Breakfast was elite, service was elite and the facility/ access was perfect. Great job!

It used to be a holiday inn and they told me there was a pool so I went there. The neighborhood was largely derelict buildings. The only person I saw was a homeless lady camping in front of the motel. Above her was a bill board that read "if you graduate high-school, your kids will graduate highschool". I asked the concierge about prices. He said $117 for a tuesday night which is not that far from the holiday in price in downtown San Diego where I live. Trust me, downtown Mansfield is not as nice as downtown San Diego. I asked if they had a pool, he said no it wasn't open. I asked if they had breakfast, he said no the restaurant was closed. I asked what I was getting for Holiday Inn prices. He said "it's a free country you can stay across the street if you want you will probably get bed bugs". I never did see the room so I have no opinions on it.

The most unsafe structure, unfriendly staff, accosted by homeless, elevators broken, and feared for my safety, worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked through Orbitz, I checked out after one night, hotel will not refund for second night, and they separately charged me for the room. Will not answer their phone or email. So double paid for an unsafe hotel, no response from ownership. Stay far away from this place if you care about your safety and unethical double billing and unresponsive staff.Decades ago a nice place, now an embarrassment and eyesore in Mansfield. What a pity they allow this 'hotel' to stay open to the unsuspecting public.

I recently stayed at Park Hospitality with some family. The staff was absolutely amazing, the rooms were very nice and clean! The manager Brittany was absolutely great, I would highly recommend this hotel. WE WILL BE BACK!

I was going to stay here today . GPS couldn't find it I guess I drove by it at least 3 times and im in a semi truck was told they have truck parking it's I guess in the back but driveways are really narrow and if cars parked near that entrance u will not get in. I dont know about rooms cause after getting lost due to poor signage and could not get semi in I gave up went to Ashland. I will not recommend this place for a truck driver at all !

Review from my wife:I wish I could give negative stars. We stayed this past weekend, the morning of check-in I called to tell them we would be checking in around 7pm. They then said the elevator was broken but that it would “be okay”. Never said where my room was, while my reservation said 2 kids. When I got there at 7pm we were told our room was on the 5th floor. I had my 3 year old toddler and my 2 year old severely autistic son that we had to try to carry up FIVE flights of steps. We wasn’t even made aware 24 hours beforehand so we could make a reservation somewhere else entirely. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS!! I’ve tried to reach out several different ways to receive some sort of partial reimbursement from the hotel (not even asking for a full) but they have absolutely declined and basically said it was my fault!! I couldn’t even express my concern to any workers because no one was at the desk at check out. I had to leave a voicemail! I also received back a very unprofessional message back by a PREVIOUS employee in their Facebook page!

ANTS, ANTS, ANTS!!! Beware! This hotel is nothing like it was! We stayed last month and noticed how rundown it had gotten, but had no idea that our room would be infested with ANTS!! We have video and photos - floor, dresser, desk, luggage, even on the bed. The hotel manager was not available but the front desk worker showed no surprise or caring. The bar manager said someone would get back to us. We received a call and were told we'd get an email. That email stated we'd hear back the next day, that was over 1 month ago. Since then we filed a Paypal dispute for our room charges. Paypal advised us that Park Hospitality agreed to pay the amount. Paypal gave them 15 days but it was never paid. We tried to file a BBB (Better Business Bureau) dispute but were told that this hotel must have closed down, as the BBB has received returned mail stating they are no longer in business. (We will post a review on the BBB site today as well). We understand that a hotel chain has stepped in, but the Park Hospitality staff and website are 100% still open and active. They are not closed. Management is uncaring and trust us, if you need even towels, a trash bag, a light changed that flickered, ant spray, toilet paper, a working shower drain, good luck! They do not treat their veterans right. Shame on you Park Hospitality management. Where's our refund? Next step, to contact the prospective, soon to be new owner chain, DoubleTree corporate.

This used to be Holiday Inn. I was skeptical at first but surprisingly it was pretty much the same. I will stay again as it was clean/quiet/easily accessible

The worst hotel experience of my 60 years on earth. Not even worth one star. I should've bolted when I saw the parking lot empty at midnight. Staff was not friendly and wanted you to do everything thing for them. They wanted us to bring our used towels to them. Door locks would not open our door. Very sketchy area and not safe feeling. Dark and depressing decor. I'm not usually this brutal, but it was truly the worst.
