This location is pretty great. Its convenient to get to. They have everything you could possibly need for your pet and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable for sure. They even have a pet wash!
We get our dog's food here exclusively because of the price. They have nice sales and the prices are competitive to ALL of the other pet supply stores around.
Only drawback is there is only one (1) handicap parking spot that we could find. They would get 5 stars definitely if the parking was changed a bit.
Great place to stock up on your pet's needs.

Go here to get my animals things they have animals here that are taken care of and good prices.. plus if you add your animals on your account they give you a $5 treat for there birthdays which is amazing

Visited for the 1st time about a week ago.
Friendly staff. Decent prices. Nice selection of toys and chews for my puppy.
Parking is terrible. Overall, I like other places better.

Stopped in looking for a toy for my super chewer, found 2 toys that surprisingly have held up. Also got a doggie treat and he loved it

This website is TRASH?!?! I can’t find anything that I’m trying to find?!? I entered in live snails and it gives me some container of stuff?!? I entered live fish…. Nope nothing close?!? I’m just going to go to PETSMART?!? THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME?!?!

The in-house pet washing set up is well maintained and a good price, considering I don't get our furry friends hair all over my bath tub. Towels are available to finish the dry off. Then a quick $200 walk around the store and it completes the morning. Overall the store has what we were interested in and everything worked well. Give it a try!

I always allow my pup to go to the bathroom before we go into the store, unleashed in the big field. He got by me and went into the store by himself...yes, he knows how. I go in and some employee had him by his collar. I told her to let him go, as he comes to me...she refused. I kept walking towards her and repeated my request to let him go so he would come to me. Again she refused until I got to him. I was lectured on how there were other dogs in there (at that moment, there wasn't any, so she lied) and it was store policy to have leads on them, not in my hand. I know this, as I have gone there for years and the employees know my dog. The bimbo that accosted us I had never seen before. I usually let my pup interact with the kids and adults that appreciate good pups, but not that day. The atmosphere was so depressing and toxic in the store that day I had to get out and probably will never go back. This was on 07/06/24, in the late afternoon. Pet Smart knows us also and I will start going there. If possible, please donate my points to someone that really needs them. Thanks...BTW, when a pup runs into the store and that woman grabbed him, she should be lucky it was Grizzly and not a dog that bites. The woman got me angry when she would not let him go after repeated requests, it is MY pup, not hers. She seemed to be a person that always needs to be in control, a friggin Karen. Never going there again....

Absolutely horrible customer service and they are some of the most unknowledgeable people I have ever seen they do not care for there pets correctly and give you mis information about the care for them properly, there prices are absolutely ridiculous and high and I don’t shop here unless I absolutely have too!

I always have a great experience at pet supplies plus. They are knowledgeable on pet food and treats. I love their grooming services. I have a highly strong Rottweiler and they have no issues grooming her. I highly recommend.!
