Not one to make waves and i have been fairly happy, the handful of times that we have used them.I just feel the need to say something. I take my persian cats there and one gal does great,but the other gal left my cat wet, cold and wheezing..after 3.5h having her and a text n phone call she was "ready".I called the asst store manager, she "talked to the groomer and she said we cant keep cats under the dryer for long periods of time..they get stressed, so she left her wet n cold. I had an appointment i had scheduled two weeks prior. So not an I'm sorry or NOTHING. I pd. $83.for the groom, and had tipped$20. Before i saw her, she was in the carrier.

I’ve been taking my 3 yorkies here to be groomed for over a year now. The grooming department is so pleasant to work with, they always make the yorkies look great! I typically work with Kyle, he’s awesome and does an amazing job every time.

I bought a betta fish 1 day later it died returned it and found more died ones on display told the employer they gave me a shitty look like wow you just being picky and then found moldy cat claiming medicine on the shelf told the employer again then I got the same look

My father took his dog in to be groomed on December 13, 2024. In the conversation with the groomer he had mentioned that he was recently diagnosed with cancer. When he picked up Mitzi his receipt was for zero and said Meryy Christmas. This moved my Dad to tears. Brandy & Ren will never know how much this meant to my Dad. And Mitzi was groomed perfectly! Thank you so much!!

Im not the one to leave reviews…. But I dropped off my dog for grooming this morning, and this was my first experience at petsmart. This will honestly be our last. The customer service was not great. When you have new customers especially , please make them want to come back , the way you talk to a client and tone being used as well & the willingness to answer questions if clients have them…. I paid $100 for my dog to get bathed & a “sanitary trim” looked like it was not even done. One of the employees from the morning was coming off very rude &. When I asked if they could trim in front of his eyes as he can not see & she said “ that would be a full hair cut charge.” I’m not pleased with service especially when the price is almost $100 and to have rude customer service that we can do without and take our business elsewhere.

i went to petsmart today and looked at the betta’s most of them were dying and two of them had nasty water and both were dead, i’m a huge animal lover and this just breaks my heart how they have to live like this, just because they’re fish doesn’t mean they need to live in nasty water. and i don’t mind the fact there in little bowls it’s just the fact of the nasty water they’re living in and who knows how long the red dead fish has been in there dead and why the water was that color. don’t get me wrong i love that store but it’s just sick how they have to live through that and how they just leave them there for everyone to see.

Petsmart has got everything that’s pet lovers could ever think of to make their pets happy and healthy and the staff can tell they love pets also cats dogs anything and they’re very knowledgeable friendly yes Exceeding your expectations on every trip I don’t miss this place. If you got a pet shop there you’ll have a happiest pet on the planet. No way about it except happy customers and happy pets. Make sure happy world at home.

Store is alright some prices are ridiculous but for the most part I like the place, some employees are rude and want to follow you around the store like your going to steal something based on how you look! It’s profiling and very obnoxious honestly, as much money as I spend there you think they would appreciate me as a valued customer instead of insulting me and being rude as “some” of there employees are also there is a blonde young girl who works here who NEVER GETS THE FISH YOU WANT she picks the ones she wants and says screw what you want! She couldn’t care less about customers and she is beyond rude and always has an attitude!
