“I honestly don't think it was that bad, all things considered, I got a full tank of premium here for $85 and my math was at $109 so I was able to afford 3 coffees in the Kroger after that. The bathroom is decently clean and organized plus no gaps in the stalls makes it even better. Definitely don't reccomended driving through Cincinnati just to get here, that part was terrible, but for this part of Ohio being so close to Detroit, I'd hardly say I'm perturbed or feel unsafe. The weather is great too if you like clouds.”

So I switched to Towne pharmacy because I've heard from a lot of people how nice they are and don't treat you any different over what meds you get. I went in the first time and the lady struck up a conversation with me and complimented my name etc. She laughs and jokes with me all the time. This place is amazing.”

“After making the switch to Towne Pharmacy when RiteAid closed, I have no idea why anyone would use a corporate pharmacy. The staff is caring, informative and proactive about the care that patients receive and the location has a cozy small town feel that reminds me of how pharmacies used to be before corporate retail pharmacies became the norm. We need more pharmacies and pharmacy staffs like Towne Pharmacy in this world!!”

“I am changing my review:Head Pharmacist reached out to me 1/24/2023.I appreciate him taking time out of his day to contact me after reading my review. We discussed the situation at hand in hopes it will be handled differently in the future.on Saturday, January 21, around 6 PM I went to Walmart to check on my prescription. I was told they did not fill it because they were out of stock. The lady working didn’t seem very willing to help me. I asked what do I do she said I could call around and get my prescription transferred I said OK can you please write down what they prescribed me. I stepped away, called every pharmacy in town. Every pharmacy was either already closed or they did not have it. I then proceeded to call the urgent care that I went to and ask them to prescribe me something else. Which they gladly did I waited around till about 640 went back up to pharmacy and the two female workers and pharmacist were talking about me. I heard them say I thought this Mrs. Wise was going to get her prescription transferred. Why do they keep sending stuff down here. It’s very unprofessional for them to be talking about me, not knowing who was standing at the register discussing my information. I did speak up across the register and interrupted them and said excuse me, I can’t get it filled anywhere else, so they sent something else down. The pharmacist proceeded to say that’s all good and dandy, but we don’t have this either. How are we supposed to know as a customer what you have in stock. he proceeded to speak to me rudely and said well they can call down here but you might wanna let them know. We close at 7 o’clock. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated it was very unprofessional, and I will transfer all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from now on.”

“They always run my insurance right, which with my insurance situation isn’t always the case at pharmacies. All the staff are really nice and respectful and they correct mistakes and work to solve problems with my insurance or doctors whenever they come up. For how extremely overwhelming it must be to basically be going nonstop for most of the day they do a bang up job IMO”

“Kroger... what happened to a competitive price? A good deal? Even with a discount, we are still paying more than a gas station a mile away. It's not really a bonus to shopping with y'all anymore. The higher grocery price isn't a deal when the gas price is higher, too. Lifelong shopper contemplating a change.”
