“I’m extremely impressed with Brad Roseborough. He was very personable, yet professional and made me feel comfortable about opening up about my medical history. I can tell he is passionate about helping people. I felt that he genuinely cared and listened to what I had to say was going on. He assessed all the supplements I’m taking, and its ingredients—he then discussed possible environmental factors that could be contributing to how I feel. Together, we created a plan that could help me identify the culprit and hopefully get back on track. I highly recommend going to him vs traditional doctors who want to mask the problem vs identity what is going on and help you treat it naturally. I was also impressed with all the natural supplements that he had in stock, some I never even heard of. I look forward to going back and working with him to try to solve my health ailments naturally.”

“Just switched a few months ago and I am super impressed with this pharmacy. Beats going to a big box store or even a Walgreen's sized pharmacy. Never have to wait, staff is always nice/cheerful! AND free home DELIVERY! That's important to me during Covid-19 shelter in place order. I LOVE this pharmacy.”

“When they say customer service asks being treated like family, they mean it! Been using them through a variety of ups and downs through the years and they’ve always provided excellent service!”

“This is where you put gas in your car. I'm old, so, yes I miss having a full service gas station. What is this? A place to get gas where someone else pumps it for you, cleans your windows, wipes off your headlights, checks your oil and if you ask they would even check the air in your tires. Sometimes progress sucks.”

“Pharmacist and tech were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me when the medication was out of stock. I don’t remember having a pharmacy this helpful from a big chain pharmacy. Reminded me a lot of the small town pharmacy my parents used when I was a kid. Thank you.”

“Park Avenue Kroger isn't near me, but by far the best Kroger in Mansfield. The Kroger on Ashland Rd is the absolute worse Kroger I've been in between here and Cincinnati. Park Avenue always has products in stock. The employees are mostly friendly and helpful. I appreciate the shopper value program they have and the digital coupons. There are a lot of ways to save at Kroger compared to other local grocer stores.”

“Usually seems full due to parking but in and out reasonably quick. They tend to have most of what I'm looking for, though certain popular items are out of stock once in awhile. To be expected and they seem restocked pretty quick.”

“So far I've been impressed with them. Every time I needed air for my tires, they would turn on the air pump for free as long as I had my Kroger card with me. Also, they are always really good about checking to see if you have your Kroger card to be able to get the discounts on gas. They're always nice and friendly, and I enjoy stopping there.”

“My sister and I came down from Doylestown. It's an hour drive. We were wanting Good Humor Vienetti ice cream cakes. Fortunately down our first isle a employee asked if we needed any help. She jumped in and did what it took to find it for us, making multiple laps of the store. We are both disabled so she was a godsend. Please give Jena a raise or at least a bonus. Highly recommend her!”

“Sherry at the pharmacy was SUCH a huge help! She went over and above to help me get a prescription that was denied right away. She called the insurance company and was so helpful!”

“What can I say, it's kroger gas. Shopping their can get you up to a 1$ off per gallon. They have rotate employees and sometimes they are a little gruff but I always leave with what I came for.”

“I had to leave CVS because they were so rude to me all the time treating me like trash... So I switched to Towne pharmacy because I've heard from a lot of people how nice they are and don't treat you any different over what meds you get. I went in the first time and the lady struck up a conversation with me and complimented my name etc. She laughs and jokes with me all the time. This place is amazing.”

“I like the pharmacy, but the front end employees at the check out are sometimes unfriendly and unwelcoming. The pharmacy associates are one of the reasons I stay at this pharmacy. They are very friendly and helpful. I wish the Rite Aid app was more reliable so I didn't have to call the pharmacy as often. The store's location is very convenient and there's plenty of parking. My visits usually are fast and I like that too.”

“Ashley in photo is phenomenal - personable and customer service oriented! Helped with a photo book order and went way beyond what a normal employee would do when the order couldn't be fulfilled due to a lack of a specific ink. Highly recommend this location for photo needs!”

“Yes, sometimes the staff is a little curt. They are Soooo very busy most of the time. My daughter lost her house in a fire recently and had just gotten a 30 day supply of SEIZURE meds for her daughter. Well her insurance refused to give her more (even with documented paperwork from the fire department) She couldn't afford the cost of the med so she left, trying to figure out where she could get the money. The CVS staff phoned her later and said they had figured out with coupons how to get the cost down to $30. She was ecstatic. They didn't have to do that. GOD BLESS THEM!”

“I love this cvs I have never had any issues there. They may be a little short staffed but who isn't!! The Pharmacy Team is all very polite and are there to explain anything you need help with. All around great store!! They do need more employees and that's causing the other employees to be over worked but I really like this cvs store a lot. It's been my pharmacy for many years”

“I am the survivor of a recent house fire the Friday before Christmas. Staying in a motel and have next to nada. So went for personal grooming items, and food appropriate for a motel stay. People may have seen the burns on my hands and the top of my head (I am in a wheelchair). Today was a “mild day” after a “blizzard” and things melted enough and I went out. Even with COVID-19 restrictions the staff from the “mask and sanatizer” guy at the entrance around 5pm to the Cashier over the “self-checks” were wonderful and polite people. I normally go to the larger “Marketplace”, but we have always had good experiences with our closer store being clean and generally well stocked whenever we have visited.”

“3 years ago I use to come to the store just to get a few things or just to kill time. Evryone was always so nice to me. Now I work there in the cosmetics department and on the register and ever since I started there its felt like a hole family. For the most part our customers are always very nice its sad that we've lost a few people but we've also gained some new workers as well! so for our old customers who are looking to revisit please don't hesitate. We would love to see of you back here! we will do our best to help you find what you need as quickly as you need or just to have a friendly conversation :)”

“I was shopping there on a Wednesday evening. Somehow I left my wallet and I did not realize that until Friday. I was in Cleveland at the time in panic mode because everything was in my wallet. I called Meijers Friday afternoon told him about the losing my wallet they're using it they're not sure if I left it. I was really not sure where it I miss placed it, they looked and they had my wallet. I went to pick it up Sunday morning and I got my wallet back and everything was in my wallet. My credit cards my money. The staff at Meijers grocery store was amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you guys save my sanity. It's been years since I've been to Meijers. I will definitely go back because it is a beautiful store and the prices aren't that bad. Once again, thank you for everything.”

“I wasn't intending to stop here but as luck would have it CVS sent me a special coupon. Hubby needed a couple of things, we were driving past it, so we pulled in. Clean store that thank goodness is by a traffic light. This intersection is busy. The clerk was a somewhat older black woman. She had to have been one of the best checkout people I have experienced at all the CVS stores I go to. She did not need me to tell her there were coupons on my card. She saw them and maximized them. Of course the CVS receipt makes no sense but that is on whoever is in charge of receipts. The total was close to what I expected. In Columbus there are CVS every couple of blocks. Here they are scarcer. But the store is well stocked and today I had excellent friendly help. I prefer it to the other stores up here.”

“No second guessing your doctor's choice of medicine. I tried to fill some of my prescriptions with Rite Aid and was not happy with the red flag on their computer and they are not doctors and they have no idea what type of medical care I need to live without having difficulty getting through the day. Bravo to Wallgreens for giving me my medicine on time to help me get through my difficulty with various things that diminish my living situation without having the necessary medicine to live an efficient daily life. Pleased with their help and understanding of my problems.”

“They're a very busy pharmacy, but they've always been helpful on my visits. I actually switched pharmacies to this location because they seemed more willing to go the extra mile than my last one when I needed it.”

“I am changing my review:Head Pharmacist reached out to me 1/24/2023.I appreciate him taking time out of his day to contact me after reading my review. We discussed the situation at hand in hopes it will be handled differently in the future.on Saturday, January 21, around 6 PM I went to Walmart to check on my prescription. I was told they did not fill it because they were out of stock. The lady working didn’t seem very willing to help me. I asked what do I do she said I could call around and get my prescription transferred I said OK can you please write down what they prescribed me. I stepped away, called every pharmacy in town. Every pharmacy was either already closed or they did not have it. I then proceeded to call the urgent care that I went to and ask them to prescribe me something else. Which they gladly did I waited around till about 640 went back up to pharmacy and the two female workers and pharmacist were talking about me. I heard them say I thought this Mrs. Wise was going to get her prescription transferred. Why do they keep sending stuff down here. It’s very unprofessional for them to be talking about me, not knowing who was standing at the register discussing my information. I did speak up across the register and interrupted them and said excuse me, I can’t get it filled anywhere else, so they sent something else down. The pharmacist proceeded to say that’s all good and dandy, but we don’t have this either. How are we supposed to know as a customer what you have in stock. he proceeded to speak to me rudely and said well they can call down here but you might wanna let them know. We close at 7 o’clock. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated it was very unprofessional, and I will transfer all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from now on.”

“Ok krogers is not my first supermarket choice. Giant Eagle and Costco are but they arent here. But when we are at the lake, Krogers is your best option. I prefer this Krogers over the Mount Gilead one because products are fresher but it is farther away. So here I was, reading my book, dreaming of the sushi I had recently in Japantown San Francisco. I start searching yelp, trying various combinations of words. Nope. A few hours later, friends of ours came over for an evening of wine and cheese. What was in their hand? A big tray of sushi! Apparently it is made fresh in the store. If you are looking for sushi go to San Francisco Japantown but if you are near Mansfield Ohio, come here. I will have to poke around in this store to find hidden treasures like this. Now when hubby wants to go to a home improvement store, we will add an extra stop...for SUSHI.”
