This is the worst experience I have ever had. They subcontracted the job out without telling us. They needed all the money up front. The job has been done incorrectly 3 times and they sent us a small amount of money to make us go away. My husband went in to find out how they came up with that amount of money and I believe it was the owner he spoke with yanked the check from his hand and cussed him out. **** husband stood there in awe that someone that owns a company can speak to a customer that way. The sub contractor owner called me and was extremely rude to on the phone and said we need to deal with quality not them. Which we have multiple times.
