Always a good experience since I'm an adult and I make appointments and never expect to be catered to on a silver platter as a walk-in! Some of the clientele need to take an adult education class on how to act though. The tech/ phlebotomist or whatever the proper word is has never been less than polite and professional and efficient.

Ok so the hubby and I went there for blood draws today. It was one lady working and this woman WORKS. She was amazing. Professional and kind, SUPER fast. She did an excellent blood draw (It didn't even hurt, just saying). I am amazed how she did her work so well and effectively all by herself with no help! I HIGHLY recommend coming here! Thanks for being great!!!

The phlebotomist that works there is awesome. It's never painful and she is so pleasant. The only place I go for blood work. If she ever went anywhere else I would follow. Keep up the great work.

I go here for all my lab work. One person office? Yep. Does she do her job well and efficiently? Yep. Does she have time to answer the phone normally? Nope. I have never seen or heard the tech be anything but polite and professional. I have heard some customers who were not. I do not care where you go for anything. If you are a rude jerkoff...don't whine about how others treat you in return. Be nice...wait your turn...if someone made an appointment and they go ahead of you because you are a walk-in...get over it. So many of these reviews are just BS by adult crybabies. IMO of course.

So you guys leave the poor lady in the office totally alone, with broken equipment that can't get the orders. Then today my partner is supposed to get a PCR test to go back into Canada and I had to call customer service 8 times trying to get results, being told no one could help me for 48 hours, to find out today when he was supposed to leave that they never got the test. Thats cool, Quest will never get my buisness again, and I feel bad for the one employee who is by herself trying to do everything. Not right.

The single staff person was great but they only have one person covering the entire office and good luck trying to get a hold of a person if you call. Just another health care company for profit not service.

Everytime I go there , without appointment, fast, friendly, and professional. And the young lady that works there always is professional, and always get my blood drawn on the first try. Thank you for your great service. Keep up the good work.
