I went in for a pixie, got a bob, and left with a buzz 😂. I wanted a pixie and showed my stylist pictures of me for a reference. I asked to go shorter hoping she could fix whatever was going on with my hair and thats when I got the bob. It was so bad and so awful I asked her to buzz it and she could barely do that right and was going all sort of directions. I was nice in the salon and I wasnt trying to cause any issues, however I feel I could've done a better job myself 😂. If I would've know I was going to buzz it, I just would've went to a barber and I didnt think cutting a pixie was going to be that hard for someone who has a LICENSE in cutting hair.

my beautiful hair lady did a FANTASTIC job on my hair. They are like magic the way they do hair in there!! forever grateful for this place. never have i ever been able to find a salon like this one. LOVE it!!!

Kierra did such a lovely job on my nails! I love Reflections for my hair and nails! I'll never go anywhere else.
ETA: I got my nails done again in March for a wedding I was going to out of state. Kierra absolutely delivered on what I wanted and they were a show stopper at the event! Thank you again Kierra!

I had a pedicure scheduled on Saturday June 29th. I got called from Reflections about 3 hours before my scheduled time and was told she (not naming who is was) was not feeling well. First thing why didn't I get a call earlier that morning instead of waiting so soon to my appointment time? I had actually called Reflections the day before to confirm my appointment because I had not received a reminder text like they usually do. If she called off all her appointments that day I should have been informed sooner.
I asked the girl who called me if someone would happen to cancel their appointment on that Saturday if she could call me. She asked me how far away I was and I told her 20 minutes. She then called me back about 5 minutes later and said if I could be there in 10 minutes they could work me in. I reminded her that I just told her that it would take me about 20 minutes. She didn't like that answer and got huffy and slammed down the phone. I don't have to go to this salon for my services.

I get my pedicure here. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. I have also brought my grand daughter here to get a haircut and they were great with her.

Alona McFrederick was my hair stylist, I got a shampoo, cut, and style. She described everything that would look good on my hair, and even convinced me to get face framing and layers!! I’ve never been one to get anything extra due to having such thick and long hair, so I’m glad she suggested that! My hair looks and feels fabulous thanks to Alona, thank you for getting me out of my comfort zone!
Requested style: I requested just a trim/haircut but she offered so much more. I went out on a limb and took her suggestions with the face framing and layers, and could not be happier!
Hair type: Thick, long hair that has never had layers or face framing.
Stylist: Alona was amazing and extremely personable!

I just wanted to comment that I was a first time customer and decided to give them a try based on reviews. They had a cancellation and got me right in to get highlights done! She did such a wonderful job and I couldn't be more happy! Alona McFrederick it's very detail-oriented and took her time to do the highlights and a cut. I would definitely recommend going here and I know I will be going there from now on. I had to find a new place as I had just moved here. Glad I did! Thank you Alona!
