Trying to locate an electronic transfer and the teller refused to help. Regardless of the other bank giving a tracer number. Thankfully there is other employees within Park National that know the job and know what they are doing and will go the extra mile to help! Thank you to all of you that will help the customer and those that refuse maybe you need a refresher course!!

I receive my Social Security electronically to my checking account on an exact day of the month. Same with my pension. However my IRA annuity is released electronically on the 8th of every month, but this bank does not process it for 2-5 days. I never know when my money will be available to pay bills, etc. It’s very frustrating for those of us who are retired on a fixed income. Maybe their electron systems are outdated, old fashioned and need an upgrade.

They raised the service fee to $15. Taking $15 out my account every month?? Hell no. That adds up & I can do alot with that. I closed my account

Consistently Friendly, Very Professional and helpful. I use them for both my personal and business banking needs. I can't say enough good things about them, from the manager Jill, the assistant manager Christopher, and ALL of the tellers. Just a great bank to deal with!
