I bought a weed eater from the Wooster store. Soon after I bought it the store closed and I had a problem with the weed eater. So I drove over an hour to come out here and was hoping to get help. Well they could not help me because the weed eater was not purchased at their store. It was purchased at a store that doesn't exist. Probably more Sears corporate fault than this stores fault. Nevertheless I will not buy Craftsman again

Very poor customer service. Called 800 number for service, scheduled service, wife took day off from work on scheduled day since they could only say between 8-5. Come on even cable company does better than that! Wife stayed home all day and no one ever showed up! When we call they say it was never scheduled even though we got a confirmation the day before the scheduled visit! After talking to someone in the Phillipines for over an hour who was obviously reading from a script, finally got ahold of someone in the US. After expressing my total dissatisfaction with Sears, rescheduled service for a Thursday. On Wednesday, we received a call from a service tech saying he was 10 minutes away! Since we had set up an appointment on Thursday, no one was home. Again Wednesday night, called in again and politely asked if they could read calendars. They then wanted to reschedule 2 weeks out! Finally got them to say they would come Thursday (which was what they said originally) between 8-12. Fine, told them to call ahead of time so that we could ensure someone was home. Thursday morning, no phone call and service tech just shows up. Tech was very rude, didn't want to answer any questions and probably said 10 words the whole time he was here. Never got a signature for the work, never said thanks or have a nice day.

I had a good experience with Sears Appliance Repair. Received email and text reminders of the appointment. Tech called prior to arrival. Work done was fast and fixed the problem. I have no complaints.

We have had a service agreement on our fuel oil furnace since it's installation in 1972. Every year we get a maintenance check and any repairs or restoration is made. All of the technicians we have had for over 40 years have been friendly, capable and efficient. If the furnace ever needs to be replaced we will not have to pay anything beyond the yearly service agreement fee. We have been very happy with this service and the dependability of Sears Appliance Repair.

My service was excellent. The technician was on time, polite, and did exactly what he was supposed to do (a diagnostic maintenance check of my furnace.) He explained everything he did. At the end I had a coupon a coupon for $69, and that was what he charged me. I hope I get him again the next time

David called me back after a mix-up at the Sears scheduling end of the process. He apologized for the delay and clearly explained what had happened. He arrived for our next appointment on time, repaired my lawn tractor, explained completely what he was doing and why, and gave me several tips on how to care for my mower to extend its working life. He was a clean, kind, knowledgeable repair person and i will definitely call him again for next year's service.

The actual repair was flawless. Service person was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with our Samsung refrigerator. However, it took two weeks to get someone on site to fix it. In the meantime, we lost our food. So, not happy with the time it took to get repaired, but happy with the actual repair job.
