“Just got off the phone. Honestly don’t even know who I was talking to. I’m currently paying 251$ for a unit + insurance. Which they are offering 144$ for I had asked for a rate change because 100$ is insane especially when I’ve never been an issue they just continue to raise the prices. I will be moving shortly and taking my business elsewhere where they care about their people rather than money.

“I rented a U-haul here. When I returned the vehical there was a mix up with the price and I was overcharged like $50. It was frustrating to deal with getting a refund. The young guy working when I returned it couldn't figure out what to do, the other person I talked to the next day wasn't very helpful, and I ended up having to call U-haul corporate number. But in the end it was corrected. Other than that my experience was good.”
