“We needed a safe place to park our RV when tranny started slipping while camping near Mansfield (70 miles from home)My daughter googled lots and we picked this one / fast online process & they called us back immediately with location & details , very affordable & easy access off a main road/ highway. They gave us the time we need to decide if we are selling it or getting repaired/ AAA roadside would only reimburse up to $500 of a 1,000 plus tow home after we pay & submit a claim so our options were limited.we have a 1978 Motorhome with under 50,000 miles so needed a safe place to store.”

“Had to move out of my old house and had a gap between then and moving into the new one. They got me in 2 units right next to eachother same day. Super accessible being next to the highway. No gates to worry about but given the area i had no worries about my stuff being unsafe. Moved out today because we got into our home and i can safely say id use them again any day!”
“I rented a U-haul here. When I returned the vehical there was a mix up with the price and I was overcharged like $50. It was frustrating to deal with getting a refund. The young guy working when I returned it couldn't figure out what to do, the other person I talked to the next day wasn't very helpful, and I ended up having to call U-haul corporate number. But in the end it was corrected. Other than that my experience was good.”
