I pulled up in the alley behind the business. There is a garage door back there with a concrete pad in front of it. You need to pallet-jack your freight to the back of the trailer and the guy will come out and unload you from the ground with his walk-behind lift. They're pretty quick to get you unloaded here

Paint does not match, again! I can't run a respectable business with mistakes like this constantly happening. I'm switching to PPG.
