Terrible customer service. Unknowledgeable staff worker refused to look up my home address for historical reference and said she couldn't do it. I've had this done countless times in the past at Sherwin Williams for discovery/historical. Only Lowe's for me from here on out

I have not been to the store for such a long time but it was very organized and the staff very friendly. We did find the paint we needed plus a special wallpaper.
