I am very disappointed with Spectrum. I have been a customer for a long time. I cannot believe you not have some type of deal to watch the Cleveland guardians game. I am looking for a new network. Even Armstrong and Ashlland has covered for the games

I had to return old equipment because they did not tell me that the new equipment was needed for my service.... Spectrum is a joke when it comes to loyal customers that seems the more loyal you are the more they charge you there should be a promotion for people that have been valued customers for over 8 years

I wouldn’t even give them one star if it was an option and have nothing nice to say about this company. Their prices always change and the representatives give you false or inaccurate information non-stop. It’s always something different honestly , in your billing and what they say. They will tell you that they’ll add changes to your account information and never do which results in you paying more or being screwed in some way.

I have been a spectrum customer for YEARS. their prices are ridiculous so yesterday I called to cancel cable but keep the internet. Before the called ended I was told my cable service was canceled and I would be prorated for it at the end of my billing cycle. Well this morning me cable was still on so I call again and was told that they don't prorate so since I am paying for it I could call back at the end of the billing cycle and cancel. However, when I got off of the phone my cable was off. That would be okay if they were going to prorate me and I didn't just have a whole conversation that concluded in me calling at the end of the billing cycle to cancel. I call back and the lady is just like" yeah we don't prorate and I see your cable has been cancelled". She tells me to hold for a minute to see what she can do and instantly transfers me. So the next person said she added everything back after confirming that they would not prorate me. Cable is still off. At this point it can stay off. I will not pay the whole bill once they send it. I will calculate my own prorated amount and pay that and be done with them. I should have left them alone a long time ago. I was planning on keeping internet with them but not anymore. I will be calling brightspeed.

For many years I lived in Cleveland, when Spectrum purchased time warner everything went downhill. From my previous discounts to their thuggish overseas customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible. When I saw signs near Olivesburg, I had immediate anxiety. This company overprices everything with spotty service and horrible customer service. It’s so bad that if Spectrum was my only option for internet I would have no internet.

If I could give no stars I would give -10! Spectrum wifi is by far the WORSE internet out there! I’ve had Dish, Armstrong, and Verizon and spectrum takes the cake for absolutely the worst one! If you get spectrum internet keep in mind that you’ll often have random “dead” times where the wifi just doesn’t work, then times where it’ll disconnect you completely and just not let you sign in. It’ll tell you your password is wrong, when you know it’s not because the whole time you’ve had it it’s been the same. Heck sometimes it won’t even pop up in the wifi screen of your device at all. It’s gotten to the point where I use my PHONE DATA at home because it loads faster. Forget trying to stream shows or play online games, it’s just not gonna happen! Moral of the story is DO NOT make the same mistake many of us have made! DO NOT GET SPECTRUM WIFI‼️‼️

They are not in all working with people. That’s been with them for years. They don’t give plans to help you but will raise your bill. They will not let you pay half and work on the other half. Wif fi you pay just About a hundred dollars. So I moved on to better so I would hope they will meet the needs of the people and not worry about the money.

(This review is for the online chat representatives and phone representatives. The employees I interacted with at the store were nice to me and just as frustrated as I am.) I hate spectrum, they said I was getting 600 mbps. My son and I rented 2 movies from Prime and the movies were interrupted multiple times. I went to talk to them about my internet and found out they were billing me $49.99 for 600 mbps when they said they would do $35.00 for 600 mbps. The worst part is I did a speed test, and I was only getting 232 download mbps with only my phone and one tv connected. The customer service representative said if I don't like it I can cancel. Well, I did! 😡
