As I’m not only an employee that works with a great team but I am also a customer of the Mansfield location! I’ve had the best experience for my first time ever financing a vehicle! I was a lil scared at first but watching my credit score go from nothing to positive was a great feeling! Kind of editing my first review because there is no way to give enough thank you s to Datkota and Melissa!!! These people are best of the best!!! We have had absolutely no issues at all with our vehicles other than 1 and it was under warranty and the shop got paid by the warranty company within 2 hours of submitting his estimate. So that’s a big WOW!!! And we I say that there is no hidden anything I mean that, they are so upfront and honest that if you buy a car and are unhappy it’s only because you didn’t listen to them!!! Unless you wanna pay $20,000 for a 2005 Beat up SUV then dont come here. Go get you a 2021 Sports car from the dealer at the same price!! PLUSSS!!! THE ONES DOING IT FOR CREDIT. I will lyk now, This place doesnt build credit at all. They never send it back to the beurues and you will be paying on a vehicle and remain at the same credit score. Multiple people can vouch for this, multiple people can vouch for roaches in the cars, multiple people can vouch for being robbed, multiple people can vouch that their really out for possessions meaning out to hurt youre credit, multiple people can vouch that the agents Their are jokes, multiple people can vouch THAT THEY REFINANCED THEIR VEHICLE FROM THEM, multiple people can follow up on everything im saying, I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy here. But they will for sure sell that enemy and 2009 Chevy impala for $18k. And multiple people can vouch for that too. Completely foul. Save you the trip n go get you a 2021-2025 Car with the same or less payments then them. COMPLETE GARBAGE.
Edit: and then they come back and say that. They dont do nothing. JUST REFINANCE!

First off let me say Dakota was a life saver! He went above and beyond for us! When one option didn’t work he did everything until he found something that did work! I don’t recommend anybody go there for a car you will have it for a few months then things start falling apart on the cars takes them forever to get your car fixt and back to u from the shop not helpful at all and they can’t keep a story straight you ask o e person something and when you call back to check on it you get a different story from someone else and my personal opinion Dakota should be fired he don’t keep his word on nothing that’s bad for business and won’t keep customers I had the best payment history there til I get messed over 1 two mini times

I just got a 2014 Honda CRV here and immediately had to drive to WV to pick up my son. The car is amazing! Had no issues. Not only that but I actually went to pick out my car in the middle of the week and after getting approved, test drove my car and confirmed it's the one I want. Dakota made sure I got that car and it was ready for me on Saturday. They took my old car as a trade in and I put $200 cash down. Everyone was nice and easy going. It literally is so easy to get a car here and the weekly payments are doable. 100% will continue getting my cars here and will definitely be bringing them more business with my friends.

I got this car back in February... well it took a poo on me last night on my way home from a very busy night at a concert. 180 a WEEK for a lemon I don't think so I'll be bringing your junk box back moneday morning you all can have it back.
