They never answer the phone and when they do they don’t even say anything they just set the phone down, so we have to call Ontario normally to get ahold of the Mansfield one, there will be times where we call them 6 times in a row and still no answer

Be very careful when sending money to someone who has account with this bank, they allow scam accounts and provide no support in resolving and reporting frauds.

horrible bank. they allow people to open fraud accounts here. they won't even communicate with you unless you email them. then after you let them know you had a fraud account open without approval theh ghost you and wont respond. do not bank here. theres no way tp get ahold of anyone. terrible bank.

This bank is the main bank fraudsters use to funnel fake payments from and credit card fraud payment refunds. Either this bank is part of the fraud or they turn a blind eye.

Horrible customer service. Manger David at least that's what he stated his title was, spoke to me as if I was his child. Would not allow me to withdraw a certain amount of my money, stating I did not have appropriate Identification, but then turned around and closed my account. So my ID was good enough for them to close my account but not sufficient to withdraw x amt of money. Makes a lot of sense. I strongly believe that if I looked more like them, I would not have been treated in this manner. Evil individuals working at Lex ave location. Maybe it's jealousy, envy, or just plain hate in their hearts. I will continue to pray for these miserable souls. Fyi they stated they were closing my account, l did not request closure just clarification. I also reached out to their management with no response which says a lot about this institution, and what they stand for.

I have a $740.00 in my account and I can't touch it. I called Sutton Bank and was told to press 3. When I did on5 different occasions, I got a response that said,"I do not understand that response.??

I purchased a Vanilla gift card for $75.00 for my daughter Monday, December 23rd for a Christmas gift. I gave it to her Christmas. She tried using it the next day and the card was invalid. She then tried using it on Amazon card was declined. I called the number on back of card I was told by their representative I will I have to wait up to 15 business days to get a new card. I read comments on other websites other people get these same cards from Vanilla and they do not work and they lose their money. I am a single mom and this $75 took me a whole day of working overtime to come up with this money. Now my daughter has no Christmas gift. I tried talking to a supervisor see could we speed it up the process so she would have to wait so long for a replacement card. I was hung up on by a very rude gentleman. I just want what I paid for. Sutton Bank has ruined my daughters Christmas. I do not have another $75 to give her. This is a terrible company. Make sure you are not buying a Vanilla Visa Cards you can get ripped off. Sutton bank owns this company and offered no help to me and they won't for you either.
