I’ve given a lot of my money to this place . Forgot 1 item and didn’t realize till I got home later that day so I went back in and told them said nothing we can do. I said wow ok. 3 of them did NOTHING to even try to look for me and made me feel like I was a liar! It’s really disappointing this customer service I received ! At least try to make it right!!!!

I tried to return a couple items and the lady at customer service said i couldn’t return them because they did not have tags but they did and also the items themselves had the normal tags inside the clothes that also has targets code so they were 100 percent returnable since i also asked about it during my checkout when purchasing.

I had a really bad experience at Target and will not shop there again. Their treatment of my purchase was absurd. I brought a whole box of cuttie cuffs from Harry Potter and while I was checking out they made me empty the box put the individual cubes in a bag and was told I could not have the box.......I will not shop there again....

Do not buy from target if you have to return anything they have the worst return policy even if you have a receipt they will not give you a refund poor policy. Poor customer service poor for Mansfield. Their customer service is disrespectful.
