Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. This bank will not only lie to you but will lie to the auto dealership.I had a loan with them on a 2019 Honda Ridgeline Sport. They received the money from Cronin dealership (amazing dealership) when I traded the truck in for a Ram. They states “we sent the title to the dealership” and even gave dates that they mailed it. After talking with the DMV, the title still had a lien and was never released or mailed to the bank. So they mailed a title that had yet to even exist. This bank lied to me multiple times and the dealership multiple times. They have horrible customer service and once they had the money for the loan they didn’t care. Myself and my family will never use this bank again and if you care about your money or property you won’t either.Cost me 2 hours of my time driving to the DMV, 1 hour of my time waiting at the DMV, and 1 day of time at work.So8 hours of work.$60.00 in gas.$5.00 to receive the original title.$6.00 to mail the title to the dealership.Absolutely disgraceful how this bank operates.

After some difficult sales with a house and failed financing, the sale was made and financing felt like a sure thing because we trust our local banks, right? Nope.Closing should have happened in 30 days and as we approached 30 days, Park National said they weren’t ready and pushed the closing another 15 days. Three days before closing on a house with IMMEDIATE possession, Park National cancelled the loan due to lender error. Self professed by the lender AND her supervisor - by way of error of the loan officer, the sale could not go through. The earnest money was returned to the buyer because it was LENDER error.Let’s talk about the ramifications and domino effect. The Sellers now have an EMPTY house at risk for vandalism. They have mortgage, utilities, insurance…The sellers of the home the original sellers were in contract for now have the mortgage, line of credit, utilities, and insurances for that home AND the mortgage, insurance, and utilities for their new home. This whole process and financial hardship is pushed on all of us for AT LEAST another 30 days to process another sale and closing period. And Park National would do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Just a “sorry, we made a mistake, but we can’t do anything about it.” I was told that this could have been resolved by the buyer and the lender on Day 2 of the process, but it wasn’t and it was allowed to drag out an additional 6 weeks.I spoke directly to the lender’s supervisor, and got no where. Park National was directly responsible for prolonged financial hardship for at least two families due to a lender error that they made no effort to fix or any consolation other than “Ope. My bad.”0/10 -would not recommend

Most problematic bank I ever had. Three times so far they've given my money away without telling me. I find out when I'm trying to pay for something like car repairs. Then they cancel my debit card and I have to wait 3 weeks for a new one. One woman in Newark hot carded me (reported my card stolen so I couldn't use it) because I called her to say that their website would not let me sign up. She was very rude and kept telling me I didn't know what I was doing. I then googled it and saw many other people had the same complaint. It took 2 months to get a new debit card that time because every time I called they said they ordered it. I finally got it because I called corporate and they said NO one had ordered it ! The to drive thru closes 5-10 minutes early quite often. When I tried to buy something on line they denied it 3 times without contacting me. When I called them about it they would only allow the company a window of 24 hours to bill me ! Hello, I thought it was my money ! Find yourself another bank for your own good.

My drive thru experience is always great.Today I had to call customer service and the operator seemed to have an attitude.I was trying to get help with an issue and I felt like her tone was a bit rude.

I stopped at the drive thru today at the Trimble Road branch and I had my pup in the car. The sweet lady working the drive-thru sent a doggie treat with my payment receipt! Such a sweet gesture! It made his (and mine) day. Thank you Richland Bank for having such sweet employees.
