“The owner was very upfront with everything. Had my car done when he said it would be done. My windshield washer fluid cap was missing when I took it in, I went to add windshield washer fluid today, and they had put a new cap on it for me, you don’t find service like this very often.”

“Graham Toyota is our favorite Toyota dealership. We moved and were closer to Firelands Toyota, but after two visits, went back to Graham even though it takes 20+ more minutes to get to. Great people , great service. Have been going there for over 12 years. Only thing I would like to see is to have the service department open for a few hours on Saturday, like Firelands does. He would rather take a vacation day or personal day to go to Graham however. If you're looking for a new car I highly recommend Cameron, he's top notch and will do his best to find you EXACTLY what you're looking for. ? Five stars ??”
