Employees need to learn some manners and respect. Don't go to store, if you need help with something, or help finding something you'll get straight attitude outta the employee. I'll be driving the extra miles, and taking my business to Ashland's store.

I went in to the Ontario, OH store looking to order an orange zero turn mower that starts with an H.
I saw another orange zero turn that has the initials BB.
Marsha and Dave worked with me to get the zero turn AND a trailer. They got me both for less than my approved credit amount.
They both were very friendly and helpful, two great people
Marsha, Dave, thank you so much for all you did for me. I greatly appreciate all your help, professionalism and courtesy.

PSA: Trailer rental here is on a reservation sheet system. Called at 8am to check that the trailer was there for the expected first come first serve system and was told it's still there. Drive 30 minutes to pick it up (with it still on the lot) to be told that the trailer has been reserved for later that day. If you need to rent the trailer at this location you need to reserve it. Called another location to check with them and it's supposed to be on a first come first serve system. Frustrating that I was not told that it was reserved through them when I called, but the woman who I talked to on the phone was surprised to learn that they do reservations and not the first come first served as stated on the website. Normally a great place to pick up feed.

1st time bringing my dog here for a bath and out of all the places I've been Tractor supply has everything you need to give your dog a bath!! A variety of Shampoos, conditioners, blow dryer, brushes, nail trimmers, aprons, paper towels, nail cream, and TOWELS. Only 9.99
I will definitely come back to use the dog bathes. I didn't realize I needed to pay first but they didn't hound me about it. But know I know. Thanks again

Everyone at TSC is always friendly and helpful. Today we went to get a few things plus go to vet clinic.A TSC staff came where all the customers were standing in line for vet clinic and offered free water and they had chairs to sit on.An employee also asked if our dog got shots and brought him treats.They are always friendly and I appreciate the excellent customer service.
