“Incredibly kind and caring staff. I went for what I believed to be a small upper respiratory infection for my sweet kitty, only to find out he had aggressive cancer. Unfortunately, the recommendation was humane euthanasia, as he was suffering greatly. While I was completely blindsided and devastated by this outcome, I felt so supported and cared for while I made final decisions and grieved losing him. I appreciate the kindness I was shown during such a difficult time. I will continue to bring my other animals to Lilac Hill.”
