This place is great! Sue is amazing with the dogs! We have a rottweiler who had a bad experience getting her nails done at the vet. We apprised Sue of the incident. Sue was perfect, although the dog and I were nervous. The nails got done! Then we tried the self wash station and did a bath! Perfect!

After many years with EXCELLENT, grooming.Sue chose to introduce 2 new employees Our Last visit sadly was when she asked if new employee could groom our doodles. We agreed...WHAT A MISTAKE. Not only did sue not acknowledge our concerns..that both dogs were poorly cut..ears left w mats ..tails completely shaved off..snouts had trimmed one side and untouched other side of face .After many years. SUES RESPONSE WAS..irresponsible and inconsiderate. We had never ever had a bad experience..sue chose to let us know, we need to come more often..and last...for the first time in years .you cdnt even smell they were bathed. They had always smelled good and had a scarf. Ashame ..shes chose to let a good business go down hill. And yes other clients have had same experience this last year

I wish i could give 6 stars! My little one had an incident with a bowl of vegetable oil. I called several other grooming places to be told 2 week waiting for an appointment. I called Wag and Wash almost in tears and they worked me right in, did a fantastic job, and so reasonably priced I almost gasped! My baby was back to fluffy and beautiful in no time. Thank you so much!

Have taken my Boxer and Rottie for nail trims and to use their facilities to bathe both dogs for years. Recently adopted my first long haired puppy, so took him for a meet and greet to get him off on the right foot with regular grooming. He was gently trimmed where I thought he needed it and handled with care and professionalism. Set up his next appointment before I left. Very happy!!

My dogs don't let anyone trim their nails but here. There very friendly and nice. I took my big dog here to wash but, that was 5 years ago, easy to get into wash bays to wash larger dogs have dryers.

While the proprietor seems to be a very nice person, I'm sorry to say that my pooch and I didn't have a great experience using their "self-wash" facilities. First, the floors are pretty slippery. Second, the moment I had gotten my dog across those slippery floors and placed her in the metal tub, the proprietor immediately slipped a short tie-down (a very thin, noose-shaped cord) around my girl's throat and then clipped it to a bracket on the wall, leaving my dog's face just a couple of inches from the metal wall. When I asked her why she was doing that, she replied "It's to help make sure no water splashes on the floor." (Needless to say, this is problematic, given that the facility is intended to serve as a place to wash dogs, but to be fair, I understand that it is a house that has been converted to this current function.) My dog had immediately gotten into a crouched position, so the cord was effectively choking her, which the proprietor responded to by sliding her arms under my dog and attempting to pull her up onto her feet, as opposed to simply removing the noose from around her neck. (I'd like to stop here and point out that I was there to use the SELF DOG WASHING FACILITIES, thus, there really should have been no occasion for the proprietor to have her hands on my sweet, elderly dog, period.) Third, the water had a strong smell of sulfur.
