A very critical prescription wasn’t filled and I wasn’t notified until I went to pick it up on Sunday. The pharmacist Lacey was extremely rude and did absolutely nothing to help other than saying “It’s not that important!”Being a Type 1 diabetic for years, I’m sure I know better than anyone other than my doctor what is important for well being and healthy living than an uneducated rude individual who wants to show their dominance over healthcare!How dare you tell me what is most important to my health? How can a such a great company like Walmart allow this type of service? How can this one individual, who not for the first time has been beyond rude continue to have interactions with valuable customers?I would definitely like answers.

I have had more problems than not getting medications and for a variety of reasons. Whether it is a fill time being pushed back an hour, stating being understaffed, or showing up to get my prescription a day after putting in for the refill to find out they were out of stock and never ordered any to our insurance information being lost and the tech telling us we can only pay full price for our child's medicine that was urgent. Terrible customer service, organization, and communication.

Horrible service. Can't give good updates on when prescriptions will be in, and customer service SUCKS!!!!! Waited in a line that no one was being helped for 10 minutes before anyone of the 4 employees even acknowledged anyone was waiting in line in store. Would give 0 star If u could.

I am changing my review:Head Pharmacist reached out to me 1/24/2023.I appreciate him taking time out of his day to contact me after reading my review. We discussed the situation at hand in hopes it will be handled differently in the future.on Saturday, January 21, around 6 PM I went to Walmart to check on my prescription. I was told they did not fill it because they were out of stock. The lady working didn’t seem very willing to help me. I asked what do I do she said I could call around and get my prescription transferred I said OK can you please write down what they prescribed me. I stepped away, called every pharmacy in town. Every pharmacy was either already closed or they did not have it. I then proceeded to call the urgent care that I went to and ask them to prescribe me something else. Which they gladly did I waited around till about 640 went back up to pharmacy and the two female workers and pharmacist were talking about me. I heard them say I thought this Mrs. Wise was going to get her prescription transferred. Why do they keep sending stuff down here. It’s very unprofessional for them to be talking about me, not knowing who was standing at the register discussing my information. I did speak up across the register and interrupted them and said excuse me, I can’t get it filled anywhere else, so they sent something else down. The pharmacist proceeded to say that’s all good and dandy, but we don’t have this either. How are we supposed to know as a customer what you have in stock. he proceeded to speak to me rudely and said well they can call down here but you might wanna let them know. We close at 7 o’clock. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated it was very unprofessional, and I will transfer all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from now on.

I've had nothing but good experiences here & a quick, helpful, & kind staff. I love the drive-thru service & if it doesn't fit they bring it out to you. Called the pharmacist after my son had a reaction to a medicine 4 hours after taking it & he was extremely helpful.

Half the time they dont have what you need. Every time it says the order is ready then you come to pick it up and the make you walk around for an hour because they haven't gotten your order ready. Also update your dang hours already. None of the posted hours online are accurate. None of the prices it says you owe online for pickup are accurate. This place is like constantly rolling the dice. If they can't maintain normal pharmacy practices most of witch are automated then what else are they messing up.

The pharmacy tech Laci had told me she was unable to move my prescription to in store while on the phone with her so when I go in I’ll have a wait instead of my prescription being ready, I use to be a pharmacy tech for sure Walmart and this is unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Told me I have never filled scripts with an insurance card and wanted me to pay out of pocket for my daughter's medication. Both women I talked to were very nasty to me. I will never give walmart my money ever again.

I had 2 prescriptions to pick up (per my messages). Not feeling well my sister-in-law went for me, when she brought the prescriptions back there were 3, one wasn't even mentioned by my friend and cost over $130!! I live on SS who approved this last prescription??

Ive called more than once and no answer. When my doctor sends my prescription they do not fill it right away. They always say 20 minutes but it takes longer. I can go to my appointment at 10am and my prescription wont be ready until 2pm. I signed up for the tex message for when its filled and have only ever received one tex saying it was ready. Poor communication honestly.

Went in for a snack at the deli. Someone was shopping at the produce section with a dog. I can only imagine purchasing something from their deli and finding dog hair in it.

Extremely slow and the girl up front was very rude. I called on my lunch break to make sure my prescription was ready, I was told that it was. I show up an hour later to get the prescription and was told it wasn't ready. I waited over 45 minutes (well past my lunch break) for something I was told was ready. Half of the staff don't acknowledge you standing there. The only reason I get my prescription here is the cost but I will look into getting it filled at a local pharmacy and paying more for peace of mind and better service.
