It was just like every other Walmart other than when I come in hardly able to walk and I ask the worker at the front if there are any motorized carts. He looks at me and says on the other side. To avoid me asking for further assistance he just walks away. Yes I know to use pick/delivery options but they wouldn't have delivered my son's much needed diapers until the 10th and it was the 3rd. So leaving me no choice but to make that walk all the way thru the store. Right now I'm sitting in the ER because I aggravated it so badly by walking on it. Thanks for the grade A customer service ðŸ¤

I won't go into the condition of the isles but how we were treated. When we came into the store, the greater did not say a one word to us. When we were checking out, we were not greeted as well. By the checkout person, the only conversation we had was, you know, do you want your receiving the bag or with you, is we were walking out the guy that was standing at the door while he wasn't standing?He was leaning against the railing of the subway never said ty for shopping Wal-Mart so as I was walking out the door I turned around and said, thank you for shopping at Walmart. Come back soon and then he stood up.Straight and started looking around. I don't expect to be catered to, but there was always something at walmart where they were kinda friendly.And just I don't know what's going on.It was a very bad shopping experience at this walmart. Rarely at this one, do the greeters ever greet you coming or going. As far as the aisles in that I do understand they're stocking and it was yeah, after nine o'clock.So that's really not a deal for me, because I was able to find what I wanted. It just seemed like the workers really did not want to be there.

Lots of items I needed were not available. Yhwre are more self check outs than having workers checking you out.. makes it hard for elderly people , I take my mother shopping often and some things she can't pick up to scan herself,I am sure other older people have the same struggle.

First off I tried to exchange some spaghetti noodles for a different type but forgot my receipt so they wouldn't EXCHANGE them. Then I still shopped and should have just left, my cashier didn't even say hi or talk. When I asked her why she doesn't greet her customers she said she does when she feels like it. I'm taking my good money elsewhere. I would rather pay more and be treated like my business is valuable than not.

I’m to the point where I can’t stand any store with self check out. I scan my food while a hired worker accusingly watches me do her
Work. Then to leave check out. Attempt to walk out and then another worker asks to see my receipt. You know if you would have scanned my stuff like normal in the first place
You could eliminate these stupid interactions. I don’t work for you. I believe if you can’t keep proper staffing levels then I should get a percentage off for doing your work.

As far as Walmart goes, it was a Walmart. I think average is appropriate. Nothing out of the ordinary to report.

Customer service Cary at the return counter. Was very unprofecional and arrogant.
Just causr wr ask where is the representive for cash to upload money to One card.
I love Wallmart but these workers at Mansfield are very rude and mo one seem to care.
The manager was inform and still didnt do nothing about Cary...... witch she still with her nasty attitude at the counter.
It seems that customers habe no value to rgere employees.

There was a live fly in the sealed baked food flying around
in the cream horns, I gave the package to the ladies at the food court. I know that happens there hard to control, but since it was sealed with the food in a melted type plastic container I'm not sure how it was over looked because the package is completely closed,
I'm no longer buying anything that I can't make myself and never looking at there food the same.

Would not deliver a product. Canceled it. Customer service told me to get it with express shipping if I want the product. Muhammed the 'manager' in the customer service chat is pathetic. Said there's nothing he can do but pass everything along. I'm done being patient. 5 customer service representatives for them to cancel and not fulfill promises made on a delivery.

Pharmacy customer service today was absolutely horrible! The worst ever!!! ~ Sylas redeemed your customer service as he brought my groceries out to my car. He could be management!

They always have third party businesses there trying to sell stuff and bothering shoppers. I’m here to get my groceries, not be stopped every 5 seconds by people selling cable or discount electricity who can’t take no for answer. Yesterday I was harassed by a male and female selling discount electricity at a kiosk by the electronics department. I told the male no thank you, then I had to come back down that way a few minutes later to grab laundry detergent and was approached by a woman from the kiosk and told her no thank you as well, she continued to walk towards me and follow me and I continued to say no and she continued to walk up on me and cop an attitude and get hostile and continue to ask me demanding personal questions about my finances and my home address, the male then chimed in and started bombarding me with personal questions too, I had to be rude and book it in the other direction. That interaction was so uncomfortable that I won’t be back unless those companies are no longer allowed to do business there. The woman was way too aggressive.
