“Editing my past review to be more current! Our now 4.5 year old and 2.5 year old are still loving it after a year of being there. Our daughter loves her new teacher Ms. Coretta of the Grasshopper room! She has been so supportive and positive helping us through some developmental transitions and milestones our daughter has been going through. Very grateful for the continued love and support we feel at SHBD!
Our 3.5 yr old and 21 month old absolutely love SHBD! They not only have the most wonderful teachers in their classes, Ms. Bobbie, Ms. Gizem and Ms. Kat, but in the entire school. Everyone is so warm and kind and we feel so happy knowing that our kids are in such great hands when we drop them off everyday. They have been particularly supportive with the potty training process, which other daycares we've been at are not. The lovely Kate, Megan and Jacqueline who run the school are so thoughtful and they are always planning educational and fun activities and events for the kids, some of which families can participate in, which we are appreciative of! We are so happy to be part of the SHBD Family! :)”

“My daughter Aleah goes here and LOVES her friends and everything about this school. I was against sending her to a daycare but life became so busy. When I drop her off, her friends hug her when I go to pick her up they all call her name to tell her mamas here . The teachers are super helpful and she has learned a lot even some of the old-school games we used to play like blue shoe ring around the Rosie ect. Couldn’t be more happier with my decision! So parents if your second guessing sending your kid to a daycare please read this my daughter loves it!”

“Both my kids have gone to Hope (specifically in the 2-3s and PreK classes) and I could cry at the thought of not going there anymore! This school is just lovely in every sense of the word. The teachers put so much care into their learning activities and treat the children like their own. My kids have loved going to school and really showed a lot of growth in their knowledge and social skills in a couple of years. As a mother I've felt so very grateful to have my kids under the care of such incredible teachers.”

“We love Tree City Preschool! My son has learned so much in the 3 year old class, we’re looking forward to 4 year old class next year. He has really benefited from being in a calm classroom setting, which has been such a great introduction to school, making Kindergarten in a year or two so much less intimidating.
We get pictures throughout the week so the whole family can see what fun activities the class has been up to, and some “field trips” on off days give us the chance to meet the other kids and parents. Communication is very clear and it’s quite easy to get ahold of the teachers to discuss progress or see the monthly schedule.”

“My child has attended since he was 13 months. He is about to turn 3. He has learned so much! Some Sign language, how to share and his vocabulary is out of this world! The staff is amazing to him. I definitely recommended this place for your child. They keep you updated on an app throughout the day. And if there’s any changes that you need to take place for your child/ren then implement it immediately. I see the nasty comments about the manager and I’ve never had a bad experience with Ms. Becky EVER! She’s approachable and professional! Has always answered any questioned I’ve ever had, always has a smile on her face and so does the staff. My child wakes up asking to go to ‘school’ and he loves his class.”

“I am a worry mom a lot of the time so i had great reservations picking tots 2 years ago. We started slow with 40 min after school program then progressed to adding my youngest for all day and now both my girls are attending full time. My kids have thrived in their environment. Everyone has been welcoming going the extra mile to make myself and my children comfortable. It is a bit expensive but what child care isn’t. During the summer program they take kids on field trips every week sometimes twice depending on weather! My youngest is sassy and marches to her own beat and they give her structure and guidance. I’m very happy with our experience here and would recommend it to any family who needs child care in town.”
