“It's the second time I purchase a dress at Ruby's and, just like the time before, I had a great experience here! The store has so many different options, unlike many other stores in Cleveland area. The owner was very helpful and took the time to not only show me the many options available but also assist me as I tried on many options today. He listened to me and helped me pick something appropriate to the event and that compliments my body and looks elegant. During checkout we had a great conversation and talked about our countries and cultures! I will for sure come back whenever I need a fancy dress for another special occasion.
