“There is an Angel working at Ruby’sI had been searching for a homecoming dress for my daughter. She has a plus size figure and it seemed impossible to find a dress to fit. I found out about Ruby’s via the internet. When we walked into the location we were warmly greeted. The owner worked diligently with her to help select a dress she loved. However when the dress she chose was not in her size and he seen the look on her face. He said “ if that’s the dress you want that’s the dress you will have” he totally reconstructed the dress to accommodate her shape. The customer service he provided was beyond professional, he was personally dedicated to making a shy, overweight young lady look absolutely beautiful and feel empowered. She is a freshman at a new school, in a new city, at the age when everything in life seems awkward, she was gracefully bold and confident. She received so many compliments and had a great time. Thank you!!!”

“This place was so welcoming and so focused on finding the right dress for me, even if it hadn’t been with them! My stylist, Gracie, asked the perfect questions to help me make my final decisions and knew exactly what to say and do to help me find my dress. I had such an amazing bridal experience because of her and I could not have asked for a more perfect bridal appointment. Everyone in the entire store was so welcoming too and made me feel like a million bucks. Anyways, 5 star experience for Luxe Redux and I’m definitely taking alllll my friends and family here when it’s their turns!!!”

“I had such a fantastic experience shopping for my wedding dress at Harper & Ivory. After trying on a dozen dresses in Los Angeles, I went back home to Ohio and decided to give a few stores here a shot. Well - H&I was the first store I went to and I cancelled all my other appointments. My bridal consultant, Lily, was so helpful. I came in with a pretty good idea of my must haves ands he 100% delivered. When I was in between sizes / unsure of fit Marina worked with me to make sure I got the exact right size I needed so that I could alter it later on with a seamstress. I couldn't recommend this shop enough - not to mention their collection of dresses and accessories is fantastic!”

She was engaged and genuinely excited from the minute we walked in the door. Her intuition is amazing. “I had the best experience at Matina’s bridal with finding my wedding dress! The owner of Matina’s, Julie was very kind, patient, and helpful and gave great advice while finding my gown. All of the gowns are gorgeous! They also have beautiful accessories that Julie will help pair with your dress to complete your look. I purchased all of my accessories including my veil and jewelry from Matina’s and it all matches beautifully. I also found the bridesmaids dresses at Matina’s, and they are stunning! “Can only review up through selection appts We have not purchased yet Ease of making the appt and the fact there is not fee is the number one reason we started here Second, the consultant we worked with was amazing. High energy, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our time. She adjusted the flow of gowns as we went and pushed where she needed to. My niece felt comfortable There were a couple of spots we asked to see something else like it in other price ranges and were told not available. That was the only downside I would recommend anyone going here!”
