As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”
“Indy Equipment is great. I’ve been back in the Cleveland area for roughly a year now and Indy is one of the best vendors I have. It starts and ends with the people. Jim the delivery driver is great and I can’t say enough good things about Ronnie Wells. Indy would not be the same company without him. I’m a picky person and Ronnie get me what I need and when I need it and always goes the extra mile. Kudos to Indy for having such a quality employee running the show. You rarely see that these days.

“Carl and his sales associate Tony are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction when you have a question. "Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”

“Brought a sample of hardwood from my house and they had an exact match. I didn't look at them, but I know they also carry old sash windows. It's a good resource for anyone restoring a 1920s to 1940s Cleveland home.”
