“After calling the other two big chains and getting prices I called these guys up and got a price $100 less than their competitors were quoting. The staff was polite, the work was done cleaning and quickly. My rear window was replaced in 40 minutes (not guaranteed that, but I was blown away at how quickly they did it). 100% highly recommend these guys. Very professional, good work and friendly service. Five stars.”

“So happy i got another quote. They were nearly $200 dollars cheaper than the other. I was scheduled for the repair within a day, and it took less than 2 hours to fix. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. The time i waited i spent next door and got a quick bite to eat. Very convenient. “Today Safelite came to my place of work and replaced my front windshield. The tech was on time , professional and communicated the process from beginning to end. This is actually my 2nd experience with Safelite, I used them many years ago when my vehicle was vandalized and the driver side window was broken. They came, replaced the glass and cleaned the interior of my car from all glass.”

“I had two panes that needed replacing because of broken seals. Glass Doctor was very quick to send a rep (very polite, efficient and personable) for measurements and estimate. After paying my 50% deposit, I was told 4-6 weeks for the glass to come in. After 10 weeks, I contacted them to as when it would be done. Was told there was a delay with the glass manufacturer and they would contact me when it was in. Week after week, I "tried" contacting them and they wouldn't answer my e mails, and kept getting cut off when calling. After four months (!) I finally got an e mail giving me a date for the install. Mari G. arrived exactly when she said she would, efficiently and quickly replaced the panes and cleaned up after. While their technicians are very nice and do good work, their customer "service" (as in non-existent) really sucks.”

“Five stars isn’t enough for Senneco Auto Glass!
I have a 1970 Chevy C10, and finding someone to replace the leaking front windshield was like searching for a unicorn. When I called Senneco, they were incredibly kind and immediately said they’d love to help. I brought the truck in and met Dave, who was just the best—so friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the process step by step.
Senneco wasn’t able to source the exact glass I wanted (I’m a little picky when it comes to my truck), so I went on a months-long hunt to find it myself. Brought in what I thought was the right glass—nope. Total fail. Came back later with the correct one, and Dave got it installed fast.
What really stood out throughout this whole saga is how respectful and kind Dave was every single time I showed up (which was at least four visits). As a woman, I’m no stranger to being talked down to in auto shops, but I never once felt that here. Dave treated me like a valued customer and a fellow enthusiast, and that meant the world to me.
Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Senneco—and especially Dave—for making a stressful project such a positive experience. I’ll be back next time I need anything glass-related!”
