“I can't say enough good things about this old navy. They have an amazing hassle free return policy. I have trouble buying boxers because I have a medical condition that enlarges my scrotum and finding a comfortable fit it difficult. I bought a new pack of sailor navy boxers and they didn't work out wearing them to work. I brought them back to the store and greg was more than happy to get me into a new pack that fits me better. Amazing customer service !”

“I am surprised to see such low reviews here! I am actually here because I had really good experience yesterday at this location! I was there looking for a necklace that was already sold out online but was shown as last one in stock at this location. I looked around and couldn’t find it so I asked the staff to help. They all took it seriously, took their time and eventually found the necklace for me! The store is not that close to me, so I was so happy that they found it! Kudos to them!”
