This branch doesn't read notes on an account. Had to change accounts due to a scam. Left money in old account to cover automatic payments and a list was provided. This branch turned back two autopayments causing a lot of damage to my credibility. Will be switching branches. Another branch faxed over another list.

I went there trying to open an account. Waited for 45 minutes for a bald-@$$ shiny head banker who pretended to be on a hold. On a hold for 45 mn while there are customers in the branch: you either lack common sense or you dont wanna help or work ..... you waste people's time, you tarnished the image of a bank that is probably not so bad and MOSTLY you tarnish the image of us brothers and sisters making us look d**** irresponsible, lazy and negligent. The bank next door won without eben giving a fight. The tellers were awesome and polite though

The employees at this location were very helpful. Especially Eva who was very knowledgeable about the different accounts and banking services available. Highly recommend.

I will never go back to this location ever again. Honestly you can't get anything done here. Drive thru is a hassle and so is trying to get anything done at all. This was the closest location in the area and I needed to get something done as soon as possible but I will happily drive way out of my way now.

Dont pay attention to the owner's response because this issue is not resolved!!!!THE MOST HORRIBLE TRAUMATIC BANK EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!! I never did anything and I have been having nothing but trouble with dollar bank for the whole 3 weeks I've had the accounts open. All that I've ever done with my accounts there is deposit paychecks and withdraw money. Why is my account being closed? I was sent a letter about unsatisfactory activity. WHAT UNSATISFACTORY ACTIVITY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What did I do wrong? I go through enough already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am good with finances and always have been. Bankers have given me wrong information over the phone and inside the bank. There was an overdraft that happened that wasn't my fault. I was told by a banker when funds would be available to me and I scheduled a payment to come out of my checking account accordingly. The funds weren't made available when said and this created an overdraft. I went up there to speak to someone about the overdraft and the manager had the nerve to get this paper with a policy on it and actually insultingly started to highlight sentences on it. I guess it was for her to be able to remember the policy. I dont need a d@#$ policy. I just performed transactions with my account under the guidance of INCOMPETENT employees.YOU ALL ARE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF ERROR ON YOUR PART NOT MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!!! I DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!!! I WILL BE MAKING A LAST AND PERSONAL VISIT TO THE BANK TOMORROW TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS PERMANENTLY. MY CHEST HURTS RIGHT NOW. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOUVE DONE TO FURTHER DISRESPECT AND STRESS ME OUT. I BEYOND HATE Y'ALL.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I TRULY DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL ALWAYS STEER PEOPLE AWAY FROM THIS OUTDATED MALFUNCTIONING BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T HAVE A NICE DAY....OR LIFE FOR THAT MATTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ADDITION AFTER THEY LEFT A RESPONSE: The issue is not resolved. The banker that told me when funds would be available to me should've also told me that all of my paychecks wont be available to me right away within the first 30 days of opening ong an account. When I took my paycheck up there and was told I could o ly get $100.00 of it I thought that was strange because it's a paycheck not a personal check. I've never gone into a bank and could never cash a paycheck in its entirety and take more than $100.00. Also I came up there and spoke to the manager and Ty of whom both treated me like I was wrong and just didnt understand things. No!!!!. Dollar bank is wrong here not me and they need t ok take responsibility and genuinely apologize for their incompetency and error. Ty was showing me on the computer when the funds were available in my account and I told her that I checked on the day a payment was supposed to come out and that that the app and website showed that the funds were not available. If I'm wrong Ty then why was there an over draft?!!!! I have documentation from kohl's that the payment didnt go through when funds were supposed to be available to me because they weren't there!!!! Ty, why are you just believing the computer over me?!!!! The truth is right there!!!! If funds were available then why was there an overdraft?!!!! You were sitting there like you were right and I was wrong. You're wrongTy!!!! Also Ty the headache that you said you were getting when I was there is from choices you've made with your life causing you to work at your dream job at dollar bank not me!!!! You all dont know what trouble you've caused in my life. I had to come up there when I needed to rest and my body is shaking because of the lack of rest this outdated un-userfriendly bank has caused me to lose. I'm not incompetent and am perfect with managing finances. That's how I knew to check the app and website to make sure that the funds were available. I should be properly co.pensated for the ridiculously immense trouble these people and dollar bank have caused.

This is the worst bank ever to conduct financial business with. No customer service what so ever, no work ethics from both lower personnel to managers. They don’t try resolve the problem nor give you solutions...I’m take your business else where

The bank teller talked to me like i was slow. Never listened to my issue just kept rolling eyes. All i ask is to listen then address me about my issue not yours. Terrible service and slow processing i will never recommend to anyone i like.

I really did not like my experience today. The officer was on his phone. I don't know if he was a worker or not but the Short big man just treated a person that work for him so mean. They was talking about this girl so bad I felt bad for her. Not where I would come again ever.
